Worse than these?

I think the first set with yellow as a primary color was better, and would be perfect if the blue in the logo was white. The green/blue set is really sharp, though.

JT doesn't belong in a black jersey unless it's the Isles' current ones.

True, but morally, it just seems wrong to me. It seems wrong for someone to steal your design, but then make it theirs using their money.

From a moral standpoint; don't do it. From an economic standpoint; do it! It's really up to you, though. I personally wouldn't do it.

"Ziggy and the Fish Boys" is what makes this an especially good clip.

The Colorado Avalanche played the New York Fishsticks Islanders for one game only. Below is a picture and a short 4-5 second clip of the game at 2:10 in the video.

I'd replace the yellow with red on the home. The actual designs are good, though.

Not gonna lie, I like the logo a lot more. But to be honest, the jerseys don't look quite as good. I can't imagine them on the ice. I also think the yellow should be brighter, and less mustard-ish.

THAT I can agree with. The helmets, not so much.

Here are my thoughts: - The pawprint idea is a good one, but no one recognizes what a sabretooth cat's paw looks like. Without knowing about their current logo, it just looks like an oddly shaped bear paw. - The jerseys are nice, but seeing as how Nashville has built a good identity around yellow, I think that should be the color for the dark jersey. Blue just doesn't seem like their color anymore. - Lastly, I think there's too much of an emphasis on gray. It works well as an accent color, but unless you're the LA Kings, you won't be able to pull it off as a primary color. This whole series has been pretty good, though. Just a few tweaks here and there.

Any clue as to what this font is? Not sports related, just asking.

Sorry it's in a video, but I was too lazy to actually screenshot it. MSG has got new graphics for the Isles, Rangers, Devils, and Sabres this year. Here are some examples.

, man. I hope the Isles stay in NY. I've loved this team since I was little, and have stuck with 'em through this last decade. I don't know what I'd do if they left the Island, or at least NY. Seeing them go to Hartford, Kansas City, Quebec, Seattle, or any other ty citywould be a huge blow to myself, my family, and the vast majority of Isles fans. If we didn't really love this team, if we didn't pay for tickets, if we didn't pay for merchandise, if we didn't pay to watch the games all the way from Colorado (Where my family and I are), they'd already be in one of those cities. I don't think moving back into the Coliseum or into a new arena are bad ideas. A new arena would be great, and the Isles could potentially move the Sound Tigers with them. If they do it right, it could be like the Barclays Center and pull in concerts year round, too. Moving back into the Coliseum (Or the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum Presented by New York Community Bank, as they call it now) wouldn't be awful, either. They just renovated it, and while it seats less than Barclays Center, it's a center of tradition, and is easier for people to get to. I hope to God they find a way to stay in New York that doesn't involve MSG.

Not sure if it's unpopular, but I'm actually a big fan of big logos on hockey players' pants. Last year and this year's all star games both had the giant logos, but that was the best picture I could find of 'em

Those OKC and Sonics logos look just like ones I've seen on the boards before.

New York Islanders v. Colorado Avalanche in Denver on January 9th, 2010. Only time this could have/did happen, with this being the last year of the Isles' Edge jerseys and first year of the Avs alternates. In addition, the Islanders wore their Stadium Series jerseys against the Avs in New York in 2014. It could've happened the year after, but it didn't.
