  1. The Tampa Bay area is big (that's where I live). These are small market teams with stadiums that have only 2,500-7,500 capacity (except for Marlins' park, Tropicana field gets bulldozed). Expansion will fix the North in due time. I apologize for the quality of work, but I'm learning from the community and (in my eyes) getting better at doing this. I will definitely keep at it.
  2. Here is the first team, the Tallahassee Capitols:
  3. Thanks for the info. I had no clue about this team
  4. The mascots that I have chose are -Tallahassee Capitols -Jacksonville Hammerheads -Orlando Suns -St. Pete Pelicans -Ft. Myers Storm -Ft. Lauderdale Flames These teams will compete along with the Tampa Bay Rays and the Miami Marlins in the inagural season of the FBL
  5. I like this idea and I will keep it in mind

  7. Florida Baseball League Concept: After the 2015 MLB season, The Tampa Bay Rays and The Miami Marlins fold. Between bad seasons and low attendance, these cities can no longer sustain MLB teams. Instead of being in the MLB, the two teams agree to create a low-level professional baseball league called the Florida Baseball League or FBL. They announce logos for the FBL, Northern Conference and Southern Conference. They look like this: They also announce the 6 other cities that are awarded teams. These cities are Tallahassee, Jacksonville, Orlando, St. Petersburg, Ft. Myers, and Ft. Lauderdale. For the inaugural season, 8 teams play in the FBL. The league has plans for expansion if it does well. This is what the FBL looks like:
  8. Did you use powerpoint.. this is pretty poor presentation. It looks like you just used a soccer ball from clipart on the crest. I like how the idea is there but it just looks a little rushed to be honestTo be honest I'm not really sure what to do. I like the idea of making concept teams but I've never done it before so I'm not sure where to start. I used paint (comes with windows) but do you have any suggestions on a different software to use (photoshop is kinda out of my budget) Haha Yes!
  9. Anyways, here is the first team: The Pensacola Waves
  10. Before I post I just want to say that this is my first time doing this and I haven't been designing for very long so please don't bash me. Feel free to give me suggestions to allow me to make this series and myself better.
  11. Here is the revised edition: Here is a list of all of the teams and their color schemes: North: -Pensacola Waves: navy blue, columbia blue, white -Tallahassee Capitols: red, white -Jacksonville Suns: yellow, black, white -Gainesville Gators: brown, white -Orlando Oranges: orange, white South: -Tampa Bay Mariners: black, red, gold -Saint Pete Sharks: navy blue, columbia blue, black, white -Fort Myers FC: electric green, black -Fort Lauderdale Flames: yellow, red - Miami Marauders: red, black *All teams have a colored home jersey and a (mostly) white away jersey
  12. Yes I do. It's a different sport so I didn't think it would matter
  13. I think I'll just stick with Yellow and Black for the Jacksonville Suns. I want to keep the Waves and the Sharks with Navy and Columbia but I'll think about swithching the Mariners to another color. Possibly Black and Yellow like the Pittsburgh Pirates or Red and Pewter like the Tampa Bay Bucs Sorry, stupid typo. They're the Sharks. Lol
