  3. Some head coach stats: Dom Capers was the first head coach of two different teams. The Panthers and the Texans. Jimmy Johnson, Barry Switzer, and Pete Carroll are the only head coaches to win both the National Championship and the Super Bowl. Johnson and Switzer played each other in the 1988 national championship and both became head coach of the Cowboys. George Halas is the oldest head coach to win an NFL championship at 70. The youngest is Mike Tomlin at 36. Dan Reeves and Jeff Fisher are the only head coaches to become head coach of a team that beat him in the Super Bowl. Both Marty Schottenheimer and Norv Turner were head coaches of the Redskins, Chargers and one other AFC west team (Marty with the Chiefs and Norv with the Raiders). Dick Lebeau has the longest tenure in the National Football League as a player and coach at fifty-seven seasons. Joe Gibbs is the only coach to win the super bowl with three different quarterbacks (Joe Theismann, Doug Williams, and Mark Rypien).

  5. Some quarterback stats. Super Bowl XXXVII was between Rich Gannon and Brad Johnson. Both of these quarterbacks were drafted by the Vikings and spent time with the Redskins. There is a trend of 49er quarterbacks going to the Chiefs. Steve Deberg, Joe Montana, Steve Bono, Elvis Grbac, and Alex Smith. In the late 1990s, the Saints had two quarterbacks named Billy Joe. Billy Joe Hobert and Billy Joe Tolliver. During the cowboys super bowl runs in the 1990s, Jason Garrett was on the second and third team as a back up to Troy Aikman. On the third team, the other back up was Wade Wilson. Both Garrett and Wilson are coaches for the Cowboys now. Garrett is the head coach and Wilson is the quarterbacks coach. Chris Chandler has the record for starting a game with the most teams at seven. The highest scoring and the largest come back in a college bowl game was the 2001 GMAC Bowl between Marshall and East Carolina. The two quarterbacks were Bryon Leftwich and David Garrard. They were both drafted and played for the Jacksonville Jaguars at the same time. Gale Gilbert was on five straight super bowl teams with the Bills and Chargers. All of them losses. Second place is a two-way tie between Warren Moon and Matt Schaub at 527. Between his time in the CFL and NFL, Warren Moon started a game in four different decades. John Elway is the oldest Quarterback to win the Super Bowl at 40. Ben Roethlisberger is the youngest at 23. Between his years in the All American Football League and The NFL, Otto Graham won seven championships in his career. Before a home game in 1996, Atlanta Falcons quarterback Browning Nagle sang the National Anthem. In 1987, Both Sean Payton and Mike Hohensee played for Chicago Bears and both of them played in games in the inaugural season of the Arena Football League. Sean for the Chicago Bruisers and Mike Hohensee for the Pittsburgh Gladiators. The only interception that Sean threw was in a lost to the Saints. Mike Hohensee played in Arena Bowl I and went on to win Arena Bowl XX as head coach the Chicago Rush (Chicago's second Arena League team). Kurt Warner is the only undrafted quarterback to win the Super Bowl. Both Randell Cunningham and Donavon Mcnabb were rushing quarterbacks who were starting quarterbacks for the Eagles, the Vikings, and one other NFC east team (Cunningham with the Cowboys and Mcnabb with the Redskins) Craig Morton, Kurt Warner, and Peyton Manning are the only quarterbacks to start and play in the super bowl with two different teams. Both Warner and Manning are both 1-2 in the Super Bowl while Morton is 0-3. Steve Deberg is the oldest quarterback to start an NFL game. Vinny Testaverde is the oldest quarterback to win a NFL football game. Both at age fourty-four.
  6. Does anybody know who runs the website http://www.logoserver.com/?It is another sports logo website, but it hasn't been updated since 2005. They have a ton of logos on their site. So if anybody knows who runs that site, Chris can add them to the site. Also, if anybody knows who runs the website Mmbolding.com, that also has logos as well as historical pages. If you try to go on the website now, it says that the page is expired. So if anybody knows who runs the two sites, let me and Chris know. Mmbolding.com.
