I’d love to see purple incorporated for Utah. Ties in with classic Jazz colors, underused in the NHL. Could put a unique spin on color combo.

Purple/Orange variation (similar to flyers minor league colors)

Purple/Red (TCU football alternates)

possibilities could be endless 

or Red Rocks inspired color palates 

Did Arizona State extend/renew with adidas? Last I knew the deal was coming to an end

I saw a piece of paper and the name Nike, UNLV, and 2022 expiration

I believe their contract was supposed to end in 2022, but I never saw/heard about an extension

God I wish there was a way to get so much backlash that the league would retract this deal, but it’s the NHL so they will revert back to the Versus network instead 

Any word on Arizona State? I believe the adidas contract is set to expire June 30 this year 

I’m not entirely thrilled with the idea of Nike taking over but what really peaks my interest is which (if any) teams use the brand switch to change or tweak their looks.

when adidas took over a few teams made small changes most stayed the same and some swapped more than a handful of things.

I wonder if any teams opt to go “throwback” similar to what the Yotes just did, if any team changes primary Jersey color (similar to Edmonton) etc.

personally I hope the Bruins add gold socks and have a proper 80s throwback as an alternate

couldn’t tell from Twitter what socks/shorts Colors are yet.

Could be a good looking uniform matchup depending on what Ukraine goes with for a kit.

to the best of my knowledge it expires after this school year.

wonder if adidas would jump in as a competitor or if Nike will hold on. I know VT didn’t get themselves the best deal last time around so I’m sure they would hope to grab a little more cash if possible.

looking for ideas on “unique” color schemes that are fresh for the NHL but also fit the theme of team name etc. I’m open to any and all suggestions!

purple/orange/black or gray (similar to Lehigh valley phantoms)

purple/black/red (similar to original Toronto raptors colors or TCU football alternates)

orange/green/white

also want to try and connect with the space theme for a name (astros, rockets)

I am working on a creative side project for myself.

I want to place a relocation/expansion franchise in Orlando for MLB, NHL, and the NFL.

I would love some input/brainstorming form everyone here to get the ball rolling!

I’m thinking I’d like to go with an outer space themed team names (inspiration from UCF space game uniforms). Maybe Voyagers as one possibility. 
I like the “cape Canaveral blue” as a potential color (also seen on the UCF space game uniforms). 

ive also seen some concepts based around Juice/citrus with orange & green colors that have peaked my interest as well.

what are you thoughts on branding and colors for “new Orlando teams”?
