  1. I'd like to see how this chopped and glued UFL does for a year before thinking about expansion. If this doesn't work, I don't see how spring football could ever be viable. I'd like to see it happen, however, "trust but verify" is the phrase that comes to mind.
  2. Pittsburgh vs. Baltimore Houston vs. Indianapolis Tampa Bay vs. Carolina Atlanta vs. New Orleans NY Jets vs. New England Cleveland vs. Cincinnati Jacksonville vs. Tennessee Minnesota vs. Detroit Philadelphia vs. NY Giants Dallas vs. Washington Seattle vs. Arizona LA Rams vs. San Francisco Chicago vs. Green Bay Kansas City vs. LA Chargers Denver vs. Las Vegas Buffalo vs. Miami
  3. Hey, somebody had to pick up the slack after Dan Snyder got ousted. Watch as he also intentionally neglects BoA Stadium so he can get a new stadium or finds "critical structural integrity faults". Is it a lack of luxury boxes or PSLs causing these issues?
  4. Las Vegas might be stupid enough to take a gamble on Fields for a 3rd. Beyond them? A 4th for Lance was reaching so a 4th for Fields sounds about right.
  5. I guess Florida State didn't deserve to go to the Playoffs after all. Seems like they just gave up the moment they found out they weren't going. I didn't think they were going to get beaten this badly, though. What happened to that "elite" defense? Mizzou looks like it deserved a playoff spot more than FSU. They didn't look "mid", that's for certain.
  6. Deshawn Watson is a scumbag. The Browns are a heartwarming story led by a guy the league left for dead. These two truths can coexist.
  7. At least the only people Justin Fields ripped off were the McCaskeys. Not like he's stealing from dementia patients or anything actually worth hating him for.

  10. All I know is that I underestimated just how important Eric Bieniemy was to the functioning of the Chiefs offense. The man instilled discipline and there's no way he would've accepted the absolute horsecrap I and every other Chiefs fan this year have seen. I also apparently overestimated Brett Veach's competence. The defense has been lights out and it's a real shame that such a unit is getting overshadowed by the circus that is the Chiefs offense. I want Bieniemy back. Maybe as a head coach. Andy is getting up there in age and he isn't getting down in waist circumference. Just saying.
  11. Hey, I’ll take any Broncos loss whenever. Just hate that it took so dang long to clinch the division. Would be a hell of a Christmas gift. For me. For everyone else? Might as well have Saint Nicholas sending his waste down everyone else’s chimney. EDIT AFTER LOSING TO THE FLIPPING RAIDERS: I feel like I woke up hungover to see that my house was ransacked by the Grinch.
  12. Here's what I think: More football is never a bad thing. Sometimes things don't shake out how you want but sometimes, you might find, you get what you need. Video related to the XFL and good music as this is the Battlehawks TD song:
  13. He's probably looking for something to hang his hat on come re-election. Keeping a team in town when they seemed destined to bail out at the 11th hour can only help Mayor Johnson. Even if it is the Bears.

Normally this would be to force a market to watch an awful home game but this time it appears to be merciful. FOX 4:00 PM EST/3:00 PM CST Red: Cowboys at Dolphins Blue: Cardinals at Bears. 17. I wonder if he has a morbidly obese relative named Ragona
  18. Okay once. And only because New York is the biggest city in the country. And they never went back and there is no mention of going back.
  19. Buffalo’s new stadium is going to be open-air. I would love Buffalo to get a Super Bowl because their fanbase deserves at least one chance to watch a Super Bowl live but also because it’ll open the door for Chicago and Kansas City. Unfortunately, the NFL isn’t going to put The Big Game anywhere outside the Sun Belt or the token northern city with a new domed/retractable roof stadium because people aren’t going to pay tens of thousands of dollars to freeze their ass off.
  20. LA Chargers vs. Las Vegas Minnesota vs. Cincinnati Pittsburgh vs. Indianapolis Denver vs. Detroit NY Giants vs. New Orleans Chicago vs. Cleveland Atlanta vs. Carolina Tampa Bay vs. Green Bay NY Jets vs. Miami Kansas City vs. New England Houston vs. Tennessee San Francisco vs. Arizona Washington vs. LA Rams Dallas vs. Buffalo Baltimore vs. Jacksonville Philadelphia vs. Seattle
  21. 1990 myself so I'm one of those borderline (thank God not the pd kind) cases too. I also don't remember the Eagles wearing kelly green and my first experience with the Hartford Whalers was playing that N64 Wayne Gretzky hockey game and thinking they had the coolest jerseys ever. In 2000. But as to being a Zillennial? Yeah, I can dig that. I'm in between thinking I'm God's gift to humanity as well as having all the answers in the world and that I should take up sudoku because I care far more about things I can't control versus the things I can which arouses near uncontrollable anxiety the second sunlight touches my face. That aside, here are the TV Maps for next Sunday. Again, all credit goes to 506sports. Go support them. Subject to change when/if they do. CBS 1:00 PM EST/12:00 PM CST Red: Jaguars at Browns Blue: Texans at Jets Green: Buccaneers at Falcons. Welcome to the Brawndo King of the Trash Hill Bowl! Yellow: Colts at Bengals. Show of hands, did anyone expect the Colts to be the one with the better record? CBS 4:00 PM EST/3:00 PM CST Red: Bills at Chiefs. This game looked a lot better when the schedule came out, ngl. Blue: Broncos at Chargers. FOX 1:00 PM EST/12:00 PM CST Blue: Rams at Ravens Green: Lions at Bears Yellow: Panthers at Saints. Absolutely disgusting. FOX 4:00 PM EST/3:00 PM CST Red: Seahawks at 49ers Orange: Vikings at Raiders
  22. New England vs. Pittsburgh Houston vs. NY Jets LA Rams vs. Baltimore Carolina vs. New Orleans Indianapolis vs. Cincinnati Tampa Bay vs. Atlanta Jacksonville vs. Cleveland Detroit vs. Chicago Seattle vs. San Francisco Minnesota vs. Las Vegas Denver vs. LA Chargers Buffalo vs. Kansas City Philadelphia vs. Dallas Green Bay vs. NY Giants Tennessee vs. Miami
  23. All credit for these maps goes to 506Sports. Go support them. CBS 1:00 PM EST/12:00 PM CST Red: Broncos at Texans Blue: Cardinals at Steelers Green: Colts at Titans Yellow: Chargers at Patriots CBS 4:00 PM EST/3:00 PM CST Orange: Panthers at Buccaneers FOX 1:00 PM EST/12:00 PM CST Red: Lions at Saints Blue: Dolphins at Commanders (seriously, no clue why Kansas City is getting this game outside of maybe Tyreek Hill vs Eric Bienemy but that would be stupid. But it’s the NFL, so of course that would be why) Green: Falcons at Jets FOX 4:00 PM EST/3:00 PM CST Red: 49ers at Eagles Blue: Browns at Rams Gray: Buccaneers enforcing a blackout. Thar be awful football, mateys.
  24. Did you have to cite a site called RetroMothership for that image, lol?
  25. I’d argue, if anything, the backlash to this article might’ve put that question to bed for the next decade at least. Heck, it was already trending that way anyways considering how the media all but censored the Tomahawk Chop in 2021 compared to the first ever Amazon Prime game in 2022 where it was on full display along with the big effing drum. Anyone who would want a change now is going to be responded to with this article.
