Amazing how something as simple as orange socks instead of black elevates the Bengals uniforms significantly, and that's even with the acknowledgment that black socks themselves would've been just fine.
I still dont like how the pants stripes dont match the stripes on shoulders or helmet.
So inconsistent- 8

I did not even consider that possibility. I was more concerned about the carom against the wall.
Can't see it being any different than playing the ball like it was the RF corner -

Wow. They could at least have a better transition for the left center field wall. You have a 400ft LEFT of the 380 ft section? Imagine trying to field a ball in that area.
They will still have direct sight and throws to 2nd and 1st. It shouldn't be too bad- 2

Lightning with a Gasparilla themed warmup jersey. For those who don't know. The Gasparilla Parade is a BIG event here in Tampa and is one of the largest parades in the country. This year it is expected to have over 300k attendees.

Not that anyone was every holding any value into anything I ever post. But I hold my own receipts.
I was under the belief that the WFT would not change their name until the team was sold and then a new owner would then change the name. I thought this due to it giving the new owner the ability to name the team what they wanted it to be and thought this would increase a potential sale price.
But yeah. I was WRONG.- 1

You clearly missed the big news. The reason for this is due to the Ravens moving to DC, the WFT to Indy, The Colts are going to Cleveland, the Browns are going to Baltimore to reclaim the Baltimore Browns name and that heritage lost oh so many years ago!!!

So am I the only one who thinks that after 2 years and a pretty major league budget for this project that if the final product is a yellow "W" on a maroon helmet, that it is pretty lame? In today's age of computer graphics, everpresent marketing, and sports branding as an industry, the best you could get was a "W" on the helmet?
And if they would do more there would be people complaining "this isn't an expansion franchise" treat this team with respect.
Not everyone will be happy.- 6

Not sure if this has been covered in any other threads
"I reached out to the NFL to find out what exactly these things are. In reality, these monitors are nothing more than devices for contact tracing. Players actually started wearing these Kinexon monitors last season as part of the NFL’s measures to mitigate the effect that COVID-19 would have on the season. The flashing red light you see is part of the device’s programming. It lights up whenever the device is within six feet of another person wearing the device. This feature is meant to help promote social distancing among players when they’re off the field. Obviously, social distancing isn’t exactly something players can do in the middle of games."

They play in a Costco and wear silly softball uniforms. They had things so right in the early-mid 80s, and even in the early BPoA days, but once they started mixing and matching colors and then eras, then moved into the monstrosity that they now play in, it was over for them. Contract them and turn the warehouse into a parking lot. Or move them to montreal since they already use the same colors in weird combos, then move the Rays into the Costco, basically trading one warehouse home in churchville for another.
I really didn't like that stadium. I went there for two Rays World Series games in 2020 (versus the Dodgers) and was really let disappointed.
The concourses were very difficult to navigate and kind of narrow. Where most stadiums have 3-4 levels I believe that park had 6-7 and that same 3-4 of a traditional parks concessions and concourse activities were squeezed into those 6-7 levels which were narrow and loaded with many escalators and staircases (due to the many levels).
It was almost as if the stadium was being squeezed into a small downtown footprint and needed the concourses to be tight to make this happen. But that isn't the case. This was built in Arlington with a lot of land and maybe they needed some land for the venues being built around the stadium. But it just made a it a dark dreary stadium.

If you're asking whether they should unveil their new uniforms, they did when they announced their new name (think their old uniforms with all lettering taken off and replaced with the new lettering). As for when they will go on sale, it would be in their best interest to get them in stores in the next two weeks.
They might not be able to sell it until the issues with the Roller Derby team are resolved?- 2

Seahawks didn't wear all neon green last season and if they happen to wear it this year it would most likely be TNF vs the Rams.
Lets get all neon vs all highlighter yellow and play it at Boise St!!!- 4

the shoulder/chest arrows are terrible
Should have just updated the logo and updated to the current colors. Event the solid green helmet might have looked good with the previous uniform when it wasnt diarrhea green.- 2

Am I the only that sees a similarity to the Mighty Morphing Power Rangers helmet? Particularly the red and green rangers' helmets.
Why did football helmets start developing all the random ridges, holes and vents anyway? Do they serve a practical purpose? Been like that since the early 2000's.
I assume that the vent/ports are for reliving pressure upon impact. And the reason for the different depths is the same reason your dont make the entire car out of a bumper. You put the extra padding in the spots that impacts usually happen on both the inside and outside. This helps keep the weight down so that you arent doing as much damage to yourself and the opposing players when you do make contact. The dimples are probably decorations to cover up bare areas. Hopefully once logos come into the mix those dimples will be gone.- 2

I don't think the name will be named after any type of people. Whether it is military or not. That will be backing themselves/NFL again into a racial identity and I can't see that happening.
