Looked at the league schedule and there are no more games listed for Bally/Stadium broadcast. Now that college basketball is beginning to wind down, I wonder if PVF games will start airing on CBS and/or CBS Sportsnet?
They should, this could help them to get more exposure and expand more teams in the future.

Does anyone have a Handball uniform and court template?

MY SECONDARY LOGO RANKINGS:
8th: Panthers
7th: Birmingham
The two could've been more creative
6th: San Antonio
5th: Memphis
A bit better then 8th and 7th
4th: Houston
Looks cool, sucks that the NFL forced the XFL to change it.
3rd: DC
2nd: Dallas
THESE SHOULD'VE BEEN THEIR MAIN LOGOS, NOT THE SECONDARY-WORTHY ONES!
Honestly, they should've keep their logos from 2020. Ok, I understand Houston because of the NFL but AT LEAST make it creative! The reason I LOVE the 2020 XFL logos (maybe not Tampa Bay or LA) they're unique, creative, and fun. That's how sports logos SHOULD BE IN GENERAL!
1st: St.Louis
Still awesome and their main logo is tweaked but mostly untouched.

Honestly, if you’re up for it, you should do a 32 team league, and come up with identities for the cities that didn’t make these 16. Probably could go without the voting just to simply, but I’d love to see what you had in mind for the other places. Especially the Twin Cities
Honestly, I 100% agree.

Philadelphia Flames looks awesome ngl.

Checking in and we are very close to the Motor City getting a franchise.
12 Detroit
9 Philadelphia
6 Atlanta
4 Dallas
Dallas and Atlanta are both eliminated because both are 5 or more votes behind Detroit (and Philly) so those of you who have voted for those two Southern cities can now recast votes for the 2 finalists, Detroit and Philly. I will check back in a few hours and if one of the two has a 4 vote lead they will be the winner.
Here is what that means for the 16th team:PHILADELPHIA WIN:
- Orlando moves to the Southern Division
- Dallas, Atlanta, San Antonio, Miami, Carolina, and Virginia are out.
- The only remaining cities for team 16 are Memphis, Nashville, Detroit, Cincinnati, and Buffalo.
DETROIT WIN
- Buffalo, Cincinnati eliminated.
- The remaining open spot is in the South, but Philly can still be team #16, which moves Orlando to fill that last spot.
- Philadelphia, Memphis, Nashville, Dallas, Atlanta, San Antonio, Miami, Carolina, and Virginia are in the vote for team #16
And, just to add some more intrigue, here are the 4 potential color combos for both Detroit and Philadelphia:
DET 1: Cherry Red, Black, Silver
DET 2: Redwing Red & White
DET 3: Dark Royal Blue & Athletic Gold (Yellow)
DET 4: Black, Orange, and Grey
PHILA 1: Metallic Gold and Navy
PHILA 2: Navy and Grey
PHILA 3: Metallic Gold and Sky Blue
PHILA 4; Navy, Red, Orange, Yellow
TEAM NAME IDEAS/PREDICTIONS:
#1 Detroit Chargers
#2 Detroit Cougars
#3 Detroit Wolverines
#4 Detroit Diesels -

And just a couple more unused ideas. Los Angeles never got a lot of votes, and once San Diego was in the league, I had a feeling no one would jump on the LA bandwagon, so these designs did not stand a chance.
LOS ANGELES VIPERS
Sort of a biker gang, tattoo-themed version of a snake logo. The tattoo motif is throughout and the goal is to use green and red as a unique color combo, along with a silvery green metallic helmet.
LOS ANGELES PALMS
The Palms was just a way to get a sunset spectrum element into what was otherwise a pretty plain "LA monogram". It has a bit of an LA Kiss vibe to it while also being very much a SoCal vibe as well. Besides, how often do you see a heavily green tilted teal used? The NFL Jags started off with that but when they revamped their logo due to the Jaguar car issue they switched to a bluer shade of teal.
Ah, what could have been. Sorry LA, no soup for you.
Oh, I love LA Palms design!
Oh well, unless the AAFL expand to 32 teams in the future, LA is dead...

Atlanta
If we gonna put a team in Atlanta... Call them them Atlanta Devils based on song "The Devil Went Down to Georgia".

Bulldozers
Am I the only one who likes that team name? It could be the Pittsburgh Steelers Jr.

Cannons, although maybe change the colors from red to chrome yellow.

Austin & Tucson
By the way, called the Austin team the "Stunners"

This is just a one-off post for a little fun. With all the talk of a possible USFL-XFL merger and there being two Houston teams currently, the general consensus is that one of them will need to go in one way or another.
In my mind, it would make sense to keep the Roughnecks in place as they've been playing there and building a local fanbase (no shade on the Gamblers, I don't doubt they have their followers in Houston also, but its hard to maintain a fanbase from afar when another team is right there playing). Plus Roughnecks is such a Houston area name while Gamblers can work for a lot of areas. There's also the issue of Canton, OH vying for a team after being a good USFL hub host. Ohio does have some history with gambling, with riverboat gambling along the Ohio River, so I thought they could be a good future home and mocked up a quick logo for a relocated Ohio Gamblers. Right now all I have is a logo for them, but I thought I'd share it. Part of me considered changing the gold star to bronze or the shade of the Hall of Fame jackets to represent being the home of the Hall of Fame, but I left it for now at least. Hope you all like.
Does Ohio has a gambling history though?

For the 6th 2nd city franchise, we have the Atlanta @'s (pronounced "ats") with an owl mascot named Atlee. Cream, Brown and Black are the team colors. @ logo and typeface wordmark. Atlee Owl seconardary logo. White brown and cream sets. Atlanta is rapidly growning huge metropolis and I believe it could support a 2nd NFL team at this point..... Was thinking about doing Atlanta Southern Stars, but just couldn't come up with any designs I liked for a logo etc. I know its unorthodox, but liked the aliteration of ATlanta ATs.
This is the most cursed team name, but honestly, it's funny and uquine.

Hey all,
A chance for you to influence some choices I will be making. We are adding 3 new teams through expansion (as well as the return of the Atlanta Fire) and I would love your thoughts on what to do with these possible cities. So, give me your thoughts, and remember, I am trying to use real world logos/identities as much as possible, but I am fine with relocating teams (NY/NJ Knights to STL or Orlando Thunder to Portland are two examples).
So, what names/logos do you think make sense for these potential USFL cities?:St. Louis
Portland
Dallas
Miami
Charlotte or Raleigh, NC
Virginia Beach/Norfolk
Minneapolis/St. Paul
Kansas City
Feel free to borrow from other pro football leagues or even other sports as sources of identity for a new USFL club.
St. Louis Saints - Based on LFL
Portland Forest Dragons - Based on Arena Football
Dallas Desperados - Based on Arena Football
Miami Hooters - Based on Arena Football & cause why not, it would be AWESOME!
Charlotte Racers - Based on NASCAR
Virginia Destroyers - Based on UFL
Minneapolis Blizzard - Based on history of blizzards in MN
Kansas City Sweethearts - Based on the slogan "Heart of America"
-
So I heard the AFL is coming back in 2024 and adding 16 teams, interesting.
MY PREDICTIONS FOR THE 16 TEAMS:
Eastern Conference:
New York
Philadelphia
Tampa Bay
Washington
Cleveland
Nashville
Kansas City
Chicago
Western Conference:
Los Angeles
Las Vegas
Portland
Seattle
New Orleans
Dallas
Utah
San Diego
I'm just guessing at this point, I just want an arena football team in NY. I never been to an arena football game, I remember an arena football team in NY called the "New York Streets" in the NAL, but they folded after 1 year.

NGL, I like the Toronto Blue Jays' 2003 logo IMO.

Thanks! And good call on the Cubs. Here's how it looks as a pullover:
I assume for the three teams you mentioned you're suggesting vests/sleeveless jerseys? I honestly haven't given a single thought to how I 'll handle the D-Backs. For Pittsburgh, I first have to decide which ballpark of theirs to base my design on.
Thank you!Let's start the week with the Angels and Angel Stadium!
Notes:
- The two main inspirations for this design are The Big "A" (the large, A-shaped structure outside Angel Stadium) and Disney. The apex of the "A" is reflected on the front & back of the jersey as well as the sock design.- I brought back the Halos' 1971 cap logo, since its rounded top lent itself well to incorporating the iconic Mickey Mouse ears.
- Script & number font is Plate Gothic, the same style as the lettering on The Big "A."
- The pale blue color is called "California Sky" (HEX #C3DFE8).
C&C appreciated!
Those Mickey Mouse ears tho.

What If...Houston still had the Oilers?

You know, I always wonder what Nashville will also look like if the Houston Oilers still existed... (But, I honestly think that Nashville will still be called the "Titans")
