It is awful no matter how you slice it. Far and away the worst logo of the new design (LVI-Present) and up there for worst ever, i wish it was hyperbole.

Here is a decent shot of the Chiefs endzone

I don't necessarily hate the 49ers wordmark being red but gold would've been better. The spacing is pretty decent but with a shorter wordmark it does look off-kilter. The positive i find in this, is that it does set it apart from SB LIV.
Super Bowl logos look great and overall I think this is a solid looking field.

Let's just say we could not be further from agreement. I love the saloon wordmark and the 49ers should never have retired it in the 00s.
Fair enough mate! Saloon font is not the problem to me, it is the fact that it is red. Gold saloon font would've been better imo OR, gold endzone to also contrast with the red of the logo.

Blank borders? Can't remember if that is how they usually do it, but if it's not and this is how it will be, i honestly don't hate it.

Same format confirmed, 49ers back to only logo in the endzone, unlike the helmet of SB LIV

It's that time of the year again! The previous endzone design lasted 8 super bowls (XLII-XLIX), so we are due for a new one as this has lasted eight already (50-LVII).

It's a cool logo, purple will look great on the field and i like the 'round' approach to vary from flat ones.

Found this (and other) images from a cnet article. Looks like a black outline on the Eagles word mark, and alternating “dark/light” grass cut on the field.

Another step in the right direction for SB fields. I really dig this field

Thanks for the correction. It does not,but that is what I'm saying, I don't see a black outline in the Eagles wordmark either, and it should not, would look kind of cool though.

Is there a reason why 'EAGLES' gets a black (or plain grass) outline but 'CHIEFS' does not?
The Cheifs wordmark does not have a Black outline never

Here is a decent look at the field. Worth noting, no outline on Eagles wordmark, at least not just yet

The 49ers forcing a throwback helmet in place of their logo in Super Bowl 54. That was almost as bad as the Patriots' SB49 endzone.
I liked that, actually. Because it was the 100th NFL season. The problem was the Chiefs not doing the same.
The Rams one in LIII was far worse.

I actually quite dig this! Looks pretty nice. Far better than the absolute mess that was the SB LII design.
I don't hate the endzones not having the conference logo as long as the team logo + wordmark cover the endzone and have even spacing. It looked good on the Broncos in SB 50 and the Patriots in Super Bowls LI and LII. Looked horrible on the Eagles for SB LII and Rams in LIII.

Here is the wordmark with no paint. Is it me or the "S" looks small and kind of squeezed in? May be the angle of the picture.

Another pick of the field
Looks like the Super Bowl logos will span a width of 16 yards this season, larger than the 14 yards from last season. The height however is what looks to remain the same as last season.
So maybe a new standard height for the on field Super Bowl logo for at least the next few seasons.Which I really like, it's going to look great just like how LVI was great

NFL+Super Bowl logos painted. They look real nice.

Also... Another 49ers-Chiefs Super Bowl, another Super Bowl where all TDs were scored on the 49ers endzone.
