  1. The stars around the Nike logo on the sleeves is a great touch! I prefer the white helmet design just to simplify things and keep the design patriotic.
  2. Arizona Cardinals Logo Concept: Hey everyone, I'm working on updating the Arizona Cardinals brand (logo, colors, typefaces, uniforms, social graphics) and I thought it would be a good idea to include others in the design process with me. I'm starting this rebrand with the primary logo. Weaknesses of the current logo: - Goofy/cartoony - Visually dark - Large points on the bottom fighting the direction of the logo What I like about my redesign: - More energetic and sharp shape - Brighter colors that make the bird easier to distinguish - Less personified - More accurate representation of a Northern cardinal I'd love to hear your thoughts about what I have so far!
  3. I'm a sucker for a good block font and the little spur added to the numbers is a *bit* distracting for me. The entire set looks phenomenal though! I'm a big fan of their color rush unis so this was a good direction.
  4. The Colts already have one of the most solid uniforms in the NFL but adding a little more personality to the numbers made it even better! Nice work on all these redesigns so far.
  5. The curved stripe on Minnesota's uniform is referencing the bow of a Viking ship so it's at least helpful to the uniform.
  6. By not chasing trends, the Jaguars have created a clean, classic, and timeless uniform. It won't turn any heads but it will remain a solid identity for decades. I am surprised that the Jaguars of all teams decided to follow this style of design. I thought they might embrace the modern era and keep updating their look every five years or so but I'm pleasantly surprised.
  7. Is there a contemporary classic that hasn't been deemed outdated within the decade?
  8. Every team has to choose between a modern or classic identity. To have a modern uniform, the design must be updated frequently to keep up with the trends. To have a classic uniform, the design must be so simple that it doesn't require updating even when the trends are changing around them. To be successful in either direction, you have to go all in. The best uniforms in sports are the ones that did something so unconventional that they stuck or they are so simple that they've lasted long enough to grow on everyone. The Jaguars seem to be choosing the classic direction so they've simplified their uniform to the basics of their identity. Be frustrated with their team identity, not the design.
  9. The navy on columbia is tough to read. Maybe a white outline or white number would help? Otherwise I love how simple you made it. Great work!
  10. Holy crap. I'm so excited for this series.
  11. I'm just curious, did you try putting just the jet on the helmet? The simplicity of it could be really cool! On the lion, something about the forehead looks large. Maybe finishing the forehead line and having it come down to a point could look cool? Either way, I love these designs! They're very clean and unique. Can't wait to see the rest!
  12. Don't let these new uniforms cloud your memories of the past. The old Titans unis were BAD regardless of how bad the redesign is. It's a lateral move.
  13. I'd prefer them to be a bit thicker but the numbers are designed very well. I'm just disappointed that they didn't update their terrible logo.
  14. I did that with this thread and the Titans one when I first joined a month ago. It was a wild ride! The biggest benefit was learning helmet finishes and the difference between matte, satin, and eggshell finishes lol
  15. I'm frustrated that nobody has thought of the Browns logo before. I think it's genius! Stays simple but much more unique than the current logo. Great job!
  16. Truly incredible work. Very professional and fun to follow. Excited for what's next!
  17. I know it's kind of the idea but the brand is very hard to see on the Texans helmet
  18. Right, so that's my point. Logos are stylized and simplified for branding. Why would you complicate the design by referencing a miniscule shift in the POV?
  19. An actual Viking helmet wouldn't be yellow either
  20. I personally believe the Texans have the best logo in the NFL, so good luck!
  21. The "F" is very redundant when the logo itself is a falcon.
  22. I can't wait to see this on a helmet! It looks much more aerodynamic
