Sadly, this game was played in Atlanta (switched there after covid), so while it was giving a nice nod to the Pacers' history and jerseys, it was so out of place, too.

So embarrassing. I feel bad for anyone who's following/watching/anticipating this worthless garbage.

They're trying to make it similar to European soccer where the tournament games are interwoven into the regular season schedule, but matter for a different purpose.

Sixers local insider Kyle Neubeck also announced today that there people within the organization actively looking to bring back the AI-era black uniforms.

Obviously not happening this year, but something to watch for in the next year or two, I'd assume!

Unfortunately for the Texans, the new NFL alternate helmet rules have stated that alternate helmets must be used with alternate uniforms. Hence why the Texans have worn red/red, Bears have worn orange/orange, Eagles have worn black/black, etc. If the Texans switched to the red helmets as their primary, then they could wear it with their blue and white uniforms, adding a little more contrast.

Lockervision has officially been updated to reflect the second round matchups that are already set up at this point.

Huge problem with these is that the Red Home Uniform is almost entirely different White Away Uniform. Typically, the alternate is the one that deviates a bit. Why the heck did they decide to switch it up here?

Heat, Hawks, Celtics (black as a tertiary, alternate color since mid-2000s), Nets, Kings, Cavs, and Suns should be the only ones here with black (in some way or another). I guess it's part of the Clippers identity now as well.

Always a beautiful day when the we get a matchup where the teams are wearing their proper uniforms: Sixers @ Bulls tonight, with Sixers in road blues and Bulls in home whites. Also helps that they're two timeless-looking uniforms.

Well, considering it says "leave a legacy" above the jock tag, that's exactly what they did right here, and what they're doing so far this season. They've left behind their legacy for crap.

Looking at the Sixers Lockervision, and maybe this was covered before, but their red Statement Edition uniform has been tweaked. Both the wordmark and the number now have the blue shadow to the right, rather than to the left. The blue also seems heavier and more pronounced than before. Comparison of previous and current.

Timberwolves city uniform has been leaked.

Sixers are rumored to bring back their Iverson-era black jerseys in the near future!

"They won’t be worn next season to coincide with the 25th anniversary as the Sixers are not one of the teams authorized by the league to wear a throwback — or “classic” — uniform in 2022-23. But it’s safe to assume that the black uniforms are in the conversation to be worn as alternates the next time the Sixers are allowed to do so."
