  1. I’ve been busy creating (but not posting…sorry) more concepts, and I have the whole NL done now. Haven’t started with the AL yet but have some ideas. For now though let’s start with a dump of the NL West! Los Angeles Dodgers No huge changes besides the disappearance of the LA sleeve patch, the full-time addition of their spring training alternate blue top, and a new alternate uniform (for either home or road games). The alternate navy uniform features a design similar to their old, old, old baby blue satin uniforms. The navy comes from their current city connect. So again, no big changes! San Diego Padres Really considered an orange/brown combo but with the Giants also in the West and having claim to orange, I kept with yellow. The brown is lightened from their current shade, and the home and away uniform base colors are an off white and a “sand” color. Back when they were a navy team, I loved their double piping throughout their uniforms so both alternate looks feature that same style. Colorado Rockies Here’s where things get a little different. Let’s take the Rockies city connect green and turn it into their full time primary color. I really wanted to focus on making the Rockies a dark team, as you’ll see through the NL that most teams are brightened up. The pinstripes are back and here to stay and they never should’ve left. I may be in the minority but I love pinstripes on road greys, especially on these road greys that have a greenish tint to them. So far, these are one of my favorite adjustments I’ve made as the green and black separates the Rockies from other teams in the league. Arizona Diamondbacks The D-Backs are purple again (hence why the Rockies are no longer) but they’re also teal. Went a whole different direction in my design process with Arizona as I thought they’d be the perfect team to mix and match elements with. So, their home uniform is primarily purple, their road is teal, then their home alt is teal, away alt is purple, but what if that purple alt top is worn on the white home pants with the teal home hat? Endless possibilities really. The biggest achievement is just getting rid of red, a way overused color in the MLB. Avoiding a boring grey road look in favor of a brown/sand look is a big upgrade too. Really wanna know what you all think of the idea of mixing and matching though! San Francisco Giants Well, we’re back to normalcy and the Giants get no big changes. For some reason the piping on their current road uniforms doesn’t match - the black-orange-black piping on the sleves but a single black placket stripe just drives me crazy. I fixed that here by just keeping it consistent with their home cream uniform’s piping. I think they can pull off that orange top (not sure how that works bc the Mets orange concept I had was terrible so idk). There’s the NL West! I’ll add the Central soon! I’ve redesigned them a bit since my last Central post on this thread. Let me know what you think of these concepts! Thanks!
  2. Thanks for your comment! The White Sox home alts actually already have grey pinstripes, just might not read that way. I’ll be taking another shot at the Rays in the future, too!
  3. The LAS VEGAS Athletics. Really hope they dont go crazy and change team colors when they move. As long as they don’t, this is what I hope they look like in Vegas. I don’t imagine they’ll make big changes but you never know these days. My changes just bring back the brighter green and yellow scheme. Las Vegas actually looks pretty good scripted across the chest imo.
  4. The Cardinals instagram profile pic is blank??? New logo???
  5. Happy Sunday, guys! The Minnesota Twins are up! Their updated uniforms and logo set is really good but I felt like playing around with their colors a bit. The Minnesota Wild have a beautiful color pallette so I went with their colors. Might do a more traditional version in the future with their classic navy and red but we’ll see. I love the classic “Twins” script for the home look, and I did away with front numbers to bring back that Killebrew-era look, too. Some use of yellow drop shadow in the main home and away tops help the script to pop and the green and red sidekick eachother so perfectly. Thought about incorporating a pinstripe uniform in here but thought it was getting too busy at that point. C&C greatly appreciated!!!
  6. I’d take this over what they currently have any day of the week! So much more life and color! I especially like the pinstripes and sleeve piping you went with! Feels like the Marlins of old. The only nitpick I have is that the sleeve patch has three variations between four uniforms. I’d just pick one and roll it across the set - or at most have two - one coloway for home/away and a second for alt 1/alt 2
  7. Next to bat are the Chicago White Sox. The White Sox aren’t a bad looking team by any means, so again no major changes. The biggest change is from black to silver pinstripes on the home. Feels new and fresh and goes along with the home alternates better. Speaking of the home alts they are a more permanent and classy version of their city connect unis. On the away uniforms the fonts are inverted from what they currently sport. let me know what you think! I may have time tonight to work on a few other teams as well and can hopefully keep this series amovin’!
  8. Good gosh, these concepts are beautiful, and as an avid OOTP player I love the idea, too! Georgia and Utah are spectacular! Huge fan of the classic looking New York as well! Very well done! Indiana is good, but in terms of the other states and their unique colors, I feel like taking the navy/yellow scheme of the Indiana state flag/Indiana Pacers just doesn’t hit as hard as some of the others. As a Hoosier, and an Indiana University fan, I think of the color red when I think of my state, and our state bird is even the cardinal. I think it’d be a more explosive design if a cardinal red replaced navy. A red and yellow scheme would be unique and fit the state well I think. Just my two cents. I’m absolutely loving this series! Keep up the amazing work! I’ll be checking in constantly for more updates!
  9. I’ve been working on these uniforms off and on, so sorry for the delay! However, I finished the NL Central last night. I have a bit of a new presentation, which shows the division as a whole. I like it bc I think it’s fun to picture possible on-field uniform matchups! Hope you like it too! HOME UNIFORMS: Brewers, Cardinals, and Cubs have no changes; these uniforms are all too good and classic to change too much and the changes I was making in the process weren’t adding anything of value to their looks. Pirates and Reds do get upgrades though! The Pirates return to a vest uniform with a black undershirt that includes a stitched Pirates logo on the left sleeve. The Reds rightfully go Red! No more black! Wanted to go with pinstripes but relegated them for the alternate set. AWAY UNIFORMS: Brewers go with their yellow fronted caps for their full time away look, but the Cards and Cubs still stay classic. Pittsburgh’s new away uniforms with the script “Pittsburgh” is beautiful. Sleeve piping was basically the only addition to this look. Again, no black for the Reds. That white outline on the red font used to shine so brightly off the grey 90s uniforms and I wanted to replicate that in this concept. HOME ALTERNATE UNIFORMS: Brewers’ pinstripe uniforms gets sleeve piping to match the rest of their uniform line-up. The Cardinals go with their creme “St. Louis” uniform, and the Cubs stick with their “Walking Cub C” alternate blues. The Pirates get an all new yellow jersey to pair with their home white pants and maybe the occasional black pants for an almost-throwback uniform. And here’s where the Reds bring back their pinstripes - a perfect look for them imo. AWAY ALTERNATE UNIFORMS: Brewers stop wearing their yellow fronted caps with their navy uniform and they stop looking like Cub Scouts. The Cardinals get a red alternate and for contrast, a navy hat with the bird-on-bat logo (a hat that can be mixed into the rotation for their other uniforms as well.). The Cubs keep their blue top from their home alt and pair it with their road greys. Pittsburgh goes with their current black top with black script highlighted by a yellow outline. A sharp look! The Reds get a red top, which can be worn with any of their pants.
  10. Thanks for the feedback! I agree that the monogram looks more dynamic alternated like you did in your mock-up. In my personal opinion I liked the “C” going directly through the “B” a bit better. Maybe not the most energetic choice between the two but my eyes just like it better. As for the lack of clown logo(s), I really didn’t want to spend the time to make up a clown logo honestly lol After all this is just for fun for a fantasy team. Maybe I’ll revisit the logos in the future though!
  11. Hey all! Last night I watched UCONN destroy San Diego State in some basketball and created a set of uniforms and logos for my Yahoo fantasy baseball team - the Brandywine Clowns! Threw in some of my absolute favorite uniform details for these, such as an interlocking “BC” logo (huge fan of interlocked logos), away font from my favorite MLB team (the Cincinnati Reds), and the color scheme from my old high school baseball team. Hope you enjoy! Leave your comments below!
  12. Happy weekend everyone! Thanks for all the feedback on the Rays. I’ll see if I have time to make some changes in the next week or so, but for now, here are the HOUSTON ASTROS! * Bright orange returns, same shade used in the 80s * Tequila Sunrise elements that don’t overwhelm the uniform * A modernized twist on classic Astros elements https://twitter.com/n8millikan/status/1624463261360955393?s=20&t=JpilGYE-z8gpDfPAa2FAEg
  13. Now for one that might get people talking! The Tampa Bay Rays! Tried to do something brand new with the team. Using colors from their original gradient logos and their fauxback logos, I created a whole new identity, not to mention one that stands out in the league. Thoughts?
  14. Still in the AL as just last night I finished up the DETROIT TIGERS! * Added orange as a true secondary that shows up on each uniform and logo * Logo drop shadow adds the pop of orange without altering a classic “untouchable” uniform * New hat options * Alternate top can be worn with home white and road grey pants
  15. @VampyrRabbit sorry for not explaining the color changes to the Guardians. My thinking was they have a brand new identity and if they were going to change their logos then they are free to change their colors. Red and black separates them from the hoard of red and navy teams. They also stand out in my redesigns as they will be one of the only teams to feature a red/black pairing
  16. Staying in the American League, the OAKLAND ATHLETICS are next! * Kelly green full-time! * 1970-80s sleeve stripes return
  17. Hey y’all! It’s good to be back! Been busy on some new concepts lately and I wanted to share! So far I have 10 teams finished, and hopefully I can finish the entire league. For now though I’m just gonna toss around some random teams I have done and let you guys take a look. As always, let me know what you like or don’t like and let’s have some fun discussing baseball uniforms! The first team I wanna share with you is the CLEVELAND GUARDIANS! * They switch from Red/Navy to Red/Black * Uniform piping based on historic 1940s Cleveland Indians piping * Keeps the updated fonts/logos adding a new cap option * both alternate tops can be worn with either home white or road grey pants Like I said, a handful of other teams are already done, so I will be posting them soon too! Keep an eye out for them. I hope you enjoy!
  18. I love the idea of the Cooperstown collection! I can only imagine the great things you have planned for those! Those sand unis are gorgeous as well!
