Tried to make one myself. The jersey width is a bit off and it's a bit messy in places due to my inexperience with PS, but overall I'm pretty proud of it. There's definitely higher quality templates out there but give this one a test and let me know what you think. Maybe I might make a V.2 this summer if I have time.
