I'm just a guy that love uniform aesthetics like everyone on here. This isn't even a part of my life though, so please don't assume my personal feelings are tied to some sports clothing.

Some of you guys think others take this online stuff seriously. Why in hell would I be mad? Lol. If you go back and read, that is what I said. I said if the Falcons had SF all black uni, which is traditional as opposed to the falcons current uni, then it would be much more likeable. But as you stated, it's too much black for SF so it looks "terrible ". See where I'm going?

Great, you disagree. Now what? I love the Falcons uniforms when they have contrasting pants, and no other swinging Johnson can tell me otherwise. Live with it and move on. I do t give a damn about SF to be honest. Just used them as an example of a traditional uniform that had too much of one color and not enough contrast. My point is still valid... that even traditional uniforms with block number font and stripes can look bad .

It's easy to be lost when you don't know the starting point. I was alluding to a previous post about how even though the Falcons and Jets uniforms aren't traditional, they still have consistent elements that don't clash or look out of place. Clean and modern. The post also points out that even teams with universally loved uniforms can look bad with the wrong color balance and top/bottom combo.

I remember people not wanting GreenBay to wear a green color rush uniform, Those same people hated the 49ers all black uniform..but If it were a Falcons uniform, with a touch of white, people would love it. Its so crazy how fickle people can be.

Always loved that 80s Falcons uniforms. Born and raised here. I love the black with red helmet, but the red 80s uni is just as beautiful

Exactly. I said it the day of the reveal, and I'll keep saying it, that the new uniforms are a huge improvement over the last set. The black over white is my favorite. And as I predicted in 2020, is now the default home option. The white over black is also very clean. Simply put, they aren't for everyone, but nothing in this world is universally loved by all. They are very clean, and have beautiful color contrast and distribution

Crazy thing is, that doesn't help. Change the numbers to solid burgundy, with gold outline. The pants need some kind of stripe to make the uniforms cohesive. Their uniforms just look like three different prototypes for a full set

Better yet... outline the yellow in orange like the "Oakland" uniforms they just wore a couple seasons ago

You mean the 3rd time? We were 2-0 in them at that point. Blew out Auburn and curb stomped Hawaii. So it was less gimmicky than something totally fresh and out of the blue.
