Yeah. We will have a great tailgate. We've got brats, burgers and brisket. I'm on the grill. It will be fun. Just joking regarding the outcome of the game doing anything for my fun. While it IS fun to win, the whole weekend is the real deal. -

Absolutely. Bills fans have been great since we got here yesterday. 12 of us are staying at an Airbnb, and another 20 are joining us at our tailgate tomorrow. -

Hoping to have a fun time at Highmark Stadium tomorrow night. Expecting to not come close to covering the spread. -

I thought the inspiration was from the early 60s, making this helmet correct. Am I remembering wrong? -
Man - anyone who calls it Wiscy gets a side eye from anyone I know. That's like shorthand for 'tell me you aren't from here without telling me you aren't from here'. Oddly, U-Dub-Dub is a frequent term for UW Whitewater, but I agree that U-Dub isn't used for Wisconsin UT? IU? Whodis?

If they were open, the pass would be low. -

I'd argue that it was less about taking it too far than that they didn't execute it well, as @Old School Fool demonstrates above. Not only did it not fade, their marketing speak explaining it was bassackwards (it was showing the jaguar hunting from the shadows, which should have resulted in the black part of the helmet being at the back, not at the front).
-
Absolutely. Rather than trying a unique helmet treatment. I would suggest trying to work with the color scheme. Teal, black and gold is already a unique color scheme. That uniform was trying to be unique for the sake of being unique. It could have relied on its color and been a good uniform.

None of those bolded words equate to good, though.

Keep in mind that you only get to vote for one person for the MVP. It isn't a case of voting for your top 3 or 10 like baseball MVP and/or Cy Young. It really isn't surprising (and has nothing to do with being a nozzle). -

Nah. They get enough money from me annually for tickets that I've never felt compelled to spend money on a wall hanging. I don't care that people do or don't like the stock shares. It's a money grab for the team. It's not my cup of tea. -
Well, the Pope isn't a saint, so I don't know why they would want to use him as the basis of a mascot.

Personally, I'm rooting for a meteor in that series, but I can't fault your statement!
