Milwaukee NFL team would probably be as irrelevant as the Bucks. Okay, maybe not to that extreme, but the state of Wisconsin is too hardcore Packers territory and most would never think of switching teams even if the Pack allowed a team in MKE soil.

Yup, couldn't believe I left out Glendale. Another good place would be Reliant Stadium in Houston, and Invesco Field in Denver. Soldier Field is good for a Big 10 championship location(could be the new Big 12 by Friday if Mizzou Joins).
