Should NHL teams hang a banner if they won their Division in Postseason Play? (Real life example question: Should the 2018-2019 Carolina Hurricanes put a banner for Metro Division Postseason Champions since they represented the Metro in the Eastern Conference Finals)

I was watching a documentary about the World Hockey Association on NHL Network earlier when someone asked me about the AVCO Cup. Does anybody have AVCO Cup banners up in their current arena? Winnipeg won a few, and with the team back they have the best chance of having one somewhere. Do the Coyotes? Avalanche? Hurricanes? Edmonton never won it, and they're the only WHA team still intact, so between moving, name changes, and Stanley Cups, does anybody still bother to commemorate the WHA championships? Did they ever? Did they hang in Hartford or Quebec City? Very curious if anybody can shed some light on this, because I couldn't find anything on it.

Here are some champions banners I made for my fantasy league and also made a few extra for the Ravens and Alabama. I created these using MS Excel. The basic layout I saw (can't remember where..maybe here) and I used that idea as a template and then modified it into a more 3D type look.
