  1. Hi everyone -- had a good time making my 2017 MLS series, so now I'm going to start a similar series for 2018! Once again I'm using the SS Kits template from the Football Manager community, just this time I'm swapping homes/aways from my 2017 series, of course. Also, just to keep things fresh, I'm going to go in reverse order from the last series and work my way backwards through each conference alphabetically. Also will do full sets for LAFC and Miami when I get to those, though I suppose I'll have to design my own Miami badge, eek! EAST: Atlanta United / Chicago Fire / Columbus Crew / DC United / Miami / Montreal Impact / New England Revolution / New York City FC / New York Red Bulls / Orlando City / Philadelphia Union / Toronto FC WEST: Colorado Rapids / FC Dallas / Houston Dynamo / LA Galaxy / Los Angeles FC / Minnesota United / Portland Timbers / Real Salt Lake / San Jose Earthquakes / Seattle Sounders / Sporting Kansas City / Vancouver Whitecaps
  2. Hi all! It has been many, many minutes since I was working on design regularly. Trying to change that now with another run through my own versions of 2017 Major League Soccer kits. They might look a little weird since my usual template (the SS Kits template for Football Manager) doesn't come with shorts and socks, so I had to frankenstein a couple templates together. But hopefully you'll at least get the idea. I intend to run through each conference alphabetically, only doing one kit per team based on what they're actually due for in 2017. At the end I'll do the full sets for the two expansion teams. Also I've read conflicting things whether all next year's kits are going to go back to shoulder stripes or not, so I'm just gonna put the stripes wherever I feel like on that particular kit. So here goes. EAST: Atlanta United / Chicago Fire / Columbus Crew / DC United / Montreal Impact / New England Revolution / New York City FC / New York Red Bulls / Orlando City / Philadelphia Union / Toronto FC WEST: Colorado Rapids / FC Dallas / Houston Dynamo / LA Galaxy / Minnesota United / Portland Timbers / Real Salt Lake / San Jose Earthquakes / Seattle Sounders / Sporting Kansas City / Vancouver Whitecaps --------------------------------------------------------- First up is Chicago Fire, which is actually a hard way to start as I think their current away set is perfect and exactly what they should wear. I tried to stick with the Chicago flag theme, based on the colors and the stars in the lower right of the shirt, but change up the design some.
  3. After seeing the Columbus Crew 'interesting' secondary kits, I've decided to do some quick concepts. Me personally, they should have left the banana kits alone, they were perfect. But for this season, they are gone . Now Introducing Concepts: 1st kit - Ohio Pride. Because the state flag of Ohio is awesome. 2nd kit - Checkerboard. Since the checkerboard is on their logo and their fan base incorporates the checkerboard onto everything. 3rd kit - Canary Kit. 4th kit - White Kit. No commentary needed for these kits. As always feel free to give feedback and I will answer questions whenever I can!
  4. Hello! This logo is a response to the fact that the South Florida Metro Area is once again, getting a Major League Soccer (MLS) team in the foreseeable future. As always, feel free to critique and I will answer questions when I have the time available. Also, here's a link to the project: Miami SC/96 - MLS Design
  5. With the growing popularity of sports swap concepts, I want to put in one of my own that I've been working on and off since last year. I got back into this when MLS posted that NFL as soccer concept. I had rebranded my portfolio hence the new name and modified logo. I did take the NFL's current helmet rules into account, so one shell for each team. I may do alternate shells as "outakes". Except for my first one which was done before the new '13 kits were unveiled, I factored the current kits into the design, though I am planning to hold off any Earthquakes concepts until they unveil at the end of the month. The first thing that came to mind when thinking about a helmet logo was a train. We have a train in our city flag and the Dynamo's oldest neighbor, the Astros play near an old train station.
  6. Just wondering how it wold be if Nike be the official Sponsor of Major League Soccer. As a Brazilian I'm addicted to the sport and also the jerseys, for me the teams in MLS have amazing kits and you can "play" a lot with some of them. I won't have a solid chronogram or plan, but I decided to start with the Eastern Conference clubs. So it may take that order: Eastern Conference: - Houston Dynamo - NY Red Bulls - Columbus Crew - Montreal Impact - Toronto FC - Chicaco Fire - New England Revolution - Philadelphia Union - Sporting City Kansas - DC United Western Conference: - LA Galaxy - Chivas USA - FC Dallas - Colorado Rapids - Portland Timbers - Seattle Sounders - San Jose Earthquakes - Vancouver Whitecaps - Real Salt Lake
  7. North America Soccer Concept Series (2025) By: Saathoff This series will feature leagues in North America. The US & Canada to be exact. Each league will consist of 24 teams. MLS is still the top tier league. I will use all the current team logos, or them being recolored. If you've designed a concept logo for an MLS expansion team and want me to use it in a concept I'd be more than happy to do so! MLS will now use a one table system. The US and Canada will now use a relegation and promotion system. However there will only be 1 automatic promotion spot. 2-3 spots will play a two legged playoff against the 22nd and 23rd place team in the league above TEAMS: Chicago Fire FC Dallas New York City FC
  8. I want to start a new project here. I want to create the kits for the 24 possible MLS teams in 2020. My goal is to create a unique identity for each club inside the league. For that I chose Nike as the official kit supplier. Additional note: I'm not that good in creating logos. So the new franchises will actually just have their current logos (a few recoloured) or I will use some concepts from the web and give credits to the creator. The jerseys are the important thing in this project!
  9. Apparently the official launch of all the new MLS kits won't be until February, but there have been a few leaks so far. Colorado Rapids home: Montreal Impact third:
