  1. Hi everyone, I hope you're all enjoying the MLB postseason. Picking up where we left off last year with our MLB City Edition series, @Paul Lucas, @Carolingian Steamroller, @Victormrey, @MJD7 and I return with another collaboration, this one inspired by the NBA's Statement Edition uniforms, first introduced for the 2017-18 season. This project is similar in spirit to that series in that we've looked to each Major League Baseball team's unique visual history and combined elements from local culture in order to produce new designs that we hope each team's fanbase would instantly embrace. I'll start today with the California Angels Anaheim Angels Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim: Upon visiting Angels Stadium for the first time a few weeks ago, l was surprised to learn the much-maligned-on-these-boards Disney era Angels gear is actually a favorite among fans of a certain age! For that reason, I decided to lean into that for my design but with a twist, using the color scheme of the '90s era Mighty Ducks. C&C appreciated!
  2. Here is the complete lineup of American League uniform adjustments and concepts that I mentioned on my other page of National League concepts. (You can find that topic right here: http://boards.sportslogos.net/topic/103700-complete-nl-uniform-adjustments-and-concepts-updated/ ) They have been broken up into two parts due to the limit allowed on pictures per posting. I will possibly make better versions of each uniform on a better template eventually, but for now I've just finalized the ideas of my designs and I'm looking for feedback. A description of each jersey is at the bottom of the page. Using the Wikipedia template, I tried to keep all the jerseys as close to the way they look as possible and if anything enhance them or remove elements that I felt weren't necessary or I just didn't like. Also I've included BP jerseys with each of the uniform sets, as well as a few throwbacks. The BP jerseys are made to more resemble the previous version the MLB wore prior to the kind they wear now. As an added touch, I've given all the teams traditional style stirrup socks and I've cleaned up the colors on the shoes a little bit too. Here's each team in alphabetical order.
  3. Some of you may have seen the previous versions of my National League uniform concepts that I was posting one day at a time on a separate topic, but to make it easier to look at and since I've also come up with some better ideas since then, here is the complete lineup of every NL uniform that I have created. (However due to the fact that the amount of jerseys exceeds the limit of images that one is allowed to post, I've broken it up into two parts.) I've gone back and made some minor modifications to a few of the existing ones, as well as adding some new jerseys. I will possibly make better versions of each uniform on a better template eventually, but for now I've just finalized the ideas of my designs and I'm looking for feedback. 4. Spent some time rethinking the Philadelphia Eagles uniforms. I came up with 2 concepts. This is one of them. This is a more modern version of their 1970's look and the other is a more aggressive look of their current uniforms. First post here, just thought I'd share my work. Concept One: 1970s Retro Modern Full Uniform concept. Detail Shots below. My favorite part of this uniform is the new helmet. I referenced the 1969-1972 Philadelphia Eagles helmet that was the first to use a white base helmet with green wings. I took this concept and updated it. This helmet boasts a white base that in the right light, would have a green “shimmer.” Check the other images to get more detailed shots. Helmet with 3 Views: Helmet Closeup:
  5. I created these uniform concepts based on the recently leaked Dallas Stars logos. I don't have much experience in uniform design, in fact this is my first attempt at designing a hockey uniform. But when I saw the supposed new logos for my Stars, I had to give it a shot! Home Uniform: Away Uniform: Alternate Uniform: This alternate jersey works as a franchise heritage set. The jersey and socks are supposed to replicate a variation of the Minnesota North Stars uniforms, replacing the gold for silver. The pants are meant to be an homage to the 90's Stars breezers. I also updated the Stars old alternate logo to fit the scheme of the rebrand. What do you guys think of the designs?
