  1. Hello everyone! So I currently attend Bemidji State University in Bemidji Minnesota, and I work for the athletic media department. A few days ago I stumbled on an old logo that the school apparently used in the 80s and early 90s. I thought it would be cool to see what it would look like updated so I gave it a shot! Please let me know what you guys think and if there's any advise you have, thanks! Here is the original logo for reference And here is my updated version, I did 3 color variations, black and white like in the original, green and white which are the school colors, and a mix of black green and white because we oftern use black as well as green and white. Let me know what you think! CC is appreciated!
  2. So, now that I got the Miami Marlins off my chest, I figured I should tweak the other teams that have been bothering me too. Nothing bothered me as much as the Marlins, but it doesn't take much to aggravate me...sadly. The next team I wanted to put a paint brush to was San Diego. Like most, I feel they should be going back to the brown and yellow colors. I on the other hand want to put more emphasis on the brown and keep the yellow to a minimum. I have no issue with their current word scripts and uniform style, I just feel the brown and yellow would look better. So with that in mind, here is my version of the Padres. The away has a grey that has very slight orange tint to it, just to give it some warmth with the brown and yellow. Then there is the Home alternate. The big trend of having the logo over the heart/left side is not missed on the Padres. I'm currently working on a brown top alternate for the road as well as a new main logo that will combine a few era's logos with the swinging friar as the center piece. How does that look? C+C appreciated.
  3. So we had Civil War cookies at work yesterday as a fun little treat prior to the Oregon-Oregon State game. Personally, I think a lot of people are rooting for the BEVS. To put some perspective on this, these cookies weren't home-made. They were professionally catered and served to over 400 employees.
  4. With the new re-branding (ReBeaved) of Oregon State University, I wanted to create some new concepts for the baseball team using the new logos, fonts, etc. Nike has made uniforms for many of the athletic teams at Oregon State but the baseball ones are still in the work, which is why I decided to make them. Tell me what you guys think! Also, here is an alternate uniform with the a new "Beavers" script that Nike created.
