I had a thread a few years ago about if the NFL mandated that each team wear a white helmet. (the topic is now closed). I wanted to start the 2nd version with the division I never finished, the NFC West. First is the Rams, this was made before today's reveal, so sorry, no bone here...... This is the home set. I wanted to keep a balance of the three colors, but still making sure the blue/yellow were the stars. Here's the away. Finally the alternate.
I found this in an old design book and wanted see if anyone knew anything about it. (from book) 76. The Chicago Bears, a football club. Proposed new mark. Designed in 1973 by Emil M. Cohen. Digging around, 1973 was the year the team switched from the all-white wishbone C to the orange outlined one. The designer is from the Chicago area and has designed other (non-football) logos. I wonder if he did the wishbone C redesign or if this was part of a logo competition of sorts. Anyway, thought I'd share.
Hi guys, i'm a long-time Bears fan and never really liked the 1999 overhauled version of their old alternate logo. So here is my version of it, including new wordmarks. Still a heavy, extended typeface, but more modern than the old one. I kept it very simple. No spikes or whatsoever. UPDATE 8/4: Added details to the bear's pupils
