  2. I am trying out a new concept for fantasy football league and need your CC on this new idea that combines Pop Warner football with Warner Bros. Entertainment in a hybrid league that I call the "Pop Warner Bros. FFL" or the PWBFFL. I will start with the league logo. I took the following two logos and came up with this for the league logo/shield. Let me know what you think of this concept. One thing that I might tweak is the top of the shield. Do you think the tiered look on the top of the Warner Bros. logo is a better choice than the one I have now? I like the format on ESPN that is called the League Manager edition. It allows me to do some nice graphic work for LM Notes League Standings, Owner Profiles, and League Trophies. If all goes well I can have the 12 team league up an going this fall. If you are a fantasy football fanatic and are familiar with ESPN let me know if you want in. It will be for fun only no money involved. I just have to have you PM me your email address and team choice. There will be no duplicates and Team Tazz is already taken. First responses will have the best chance of getting their choice of team (Must be a Looney Tune character) Here is the avatar that I will use for my team. I will use this same format with a Looney Tunes background on all helmet avatars. Hope to hear from you soon because I would like to do a live draft around the 3rd week of the preseason. If I don't hear from you I guess I will put this on the back burner for a different time. Thanks for the extra set of eyes.
  3. Upper Iowa University has a pretty unique mascot: the peacock! Because of this I couldn't help but come up with a concept helmet for their football team. The inspiration for the design was a peacock's head: the blue and green parts represent the blue and green feathers, the white parts represent the white markings around the eyes, and the facemask is gray to represent the gray beak. Now that I look at the helmet and the peacock head side-by-side I think the helmet could be improved by adding a feather texture. I'd love to hear what you guys think!
  4. Here is a Wisconsin Badgers football helmet I designed. What should I do to make it better?
  5. Here is a helmet design I made with Florida State's new logo. I based it off of the Navy helmet they wore against Army.
  6. Here's my take on what the FSU football helmet will look like when it's released on Friday. Rumor has it that there will be a garnet version as well and that the gold one will have a gold facemask, but for now I'm going fairly traditional with the Nike-fied spear that is on everything all over campus and on uniforms in other sports What do you guys think?
  7. I have made a new helmet template. I feel that this template solves a lot of problems I see in helmet templates. The format is .svg. Included on the template: Properly angled helmet, meaning side logo decal can be placed without having to rotate them traditional triple stripe Modern Speed specific stripe (as seen on the 2011 Ohio State Pro Combat helmet) Riddell front and rear bumpers American flag "decal" Warning label (required on all helmets) "Metallic helmet flakes" chin strap snaps, jaw pad valves, side clips, and all the other minor, realistic details The images for this template came from photographs of a Speed helmet I took just for making this template. Feel free to use it on any concept you make on this forum or any other. Here are a couple helmets I made to give you an idea of what you can do. These aren't concepts, but are based on existing helmets.
