Would anyone be interested in putting together an NCAA-style 32- or 64-item tournament of NBA uniforms for the site to vote on? I'd be interested to see which ones advanced in certain matchups. We'd need classics like the Shaq-era Magic; "Irish Rainbow" Bucks; MJ Bulls; "Rainbow Skyline" Nuggets; Baby Blue Kings; blue-and-green Hawks (and/or Pac Man-era Hawks); 1974-81 Cavs; Mourning-era Hornets and Heat (what was it about him and good uniforms?); original Grizzlies and Raptors; 1980s and/or 1990s Pacers; and many, many more. I'd think every team could have at least one representation, especially if we did 64 sets.

If any of you have watched Friday Night Tykes, you have seen the monstrosities that many of the youth teams are wearing. So, I started working on some for local youth leagues, and took the SWAG aspect the kids want, but kept them somewhat traditional. Using Sublimation, as an accent, and not going over the top "NEW NFL CONCEPTS" crazy. so here are the first three. Our local youth program is going away from the NFL model and to a school based program, so the uniforms are similar to the High Schools, but different enough that getting to wear the Varsity Uni will have meaning. So here are a few: Aledo, Texas Hanford (Richland) WA Richland, WA Modern, but not over the top. C&C welcome

So i took to the task of updating my old high school's logo. I tried to keep it pretty similar, just add a modern, cleaner touch. Much like the new Jags, FSU, Bucs, Panthers logos, etc. What do you think?

So, after feedback from those about my Stadium Series sweaters being too good to be Stadium Series apparel, I went back and looked at how to make the jerseys modern, yet keep the classic feel. I've narrowed it down to two sets, I feel they deserved their own thread as they won't have the Stadium Series Patch, nor the cream color. I've been a bit lazy in getting them posted, and today I look and see Demonkah's set, so they may appear a bit redundant, but still hopefully a little different. Here ya go. Home Sets: While A1 is strictly a classic look, with A2, I wanted to add a little flavor, and tried a white yoke, but wasn't feeling it, so tried gray and black and liked it. Not sure how others will feel about it. Road Sets: I really like both Road sets, but for me and B1, it's a teal-palooza. B2, adds a little contrast with the teal hem/sleeves and the black yoke. Which ones do you like? C&C is welcome as always.

I have been on the boards since 2005, and I've noticed, as time goes on, that I'm more in the minority every year. I've never considered myself that old fashioned until now, and I wonder if my age has anything to do with my uniform preferences. I'm curious to see if there's a correlation between age, music preference, overall demographic, and choice of uniforms. Just a little experiment. Here's my basic info, and let's see if you put yours down too, we can compare info. Age: 33 Music Preferences: Rock (Aerosmith, Metallica, Van Halen, etc.), 90s hip hop, Coldplay, Kings of Leon, Mumford and Sons, Carlos Vives (my girlfriend is Colombian so I listen to some of that music), Eminem, U2, etc. Music Dislikes: EDM (Electronic Dance Music), don't really dislike country but not a big fan either, Britney Spears, Miley Cyrus, etc. Clothing Preferences: Classic (T-shirt and jeans, polo and shorts with boat shoes, or suit if needed) Sports Uniform Preferences: Classic (Green Bay Packers, Boston Celtics, Los Angeles Dodgers, Chicago Blackhawks, Chicago Cubs, Florida Gators, Wisconsin Badgers, Seattle Mariners, Montreal Canadiens, Miami Heat, Dallas Cowboys, etc.) Sports Uniform Dislikes: Wild (Miami Marlins, Jacksonville Jaguars, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Oklahoma City Thunder, Oregon Ducks, etc.)
