  1. It's that special time of year for those of us that follow college football outside of the FBS. The NCAA Division 2 and 3 playoff selections will be this evening. FCS has one more week left in it's regular season and will have their playoff selection next Sunday. I personally don't follow NAIA, NCFA (club football) or NJCAA (junior college), but there's usually a couple guys here that do a good job keeping everyone informed on the postseason of those leagues.
  2. I'm looking for information on NAIA football rivalries. Google has failed me. Anyone have anything to share?
  3. It's that special time of year for those of us that actually give a damn about the lower divisions of college football. The NCAA Division 2 and 3 playoff selections are later today. I believe the FCS playoff selection is next week. I don't follow JuCo, Club or NAIA football, but I'm sure others here do and could enlighten us all on their postseason as it unfolds.
  4. Had this one come to me quickly and I thought I'd share it... The only NAIA football school in my state is Arizona Christian University (the Firestorm), which started a football program recently sensing that Arizona players don't have many options to play football in the state after high school. ACU was started in 1960 but didn't take its current name until 2011 (it used to be known as Southwestern College). I had a quick idea and logo. What if Arizona Christian had always been Arizona Christian? Thus came the concept for this fauxback logo... ...And this set of mockup home and road football uniforms that could be worn as fauxbacks. It's basically a USC ripoff of the 70s/80s with a few odd details, but that kind of adds to the realism of what a small school would have actually done. It's also worlds better than this. I know it's simple, but let me know what you think. I like how the A and C have a real 70s/80s feel to them without being too dated.
