Agreed. I heard there's a city there where all the buildings are green or something like that.

Alabama

Auburn

BYU, including this, this, and this.

Cal, which were better before Nike updated them, but are still nice.

Clemson

Florida, even though their numbers this year are massive.

Hawaii, as much as I hate to say it, I do like these.

Indiana, when they don't have chrome candy-cane uniforms.

Iowa State

Kansas State

Louisville

LSU, whose uniform would look 900x better without the cuff stripes.

Maryland, only in their toned down white-ops.

Michigan

Michigan State

Minnesota

Navy

Ohio State, and again.

Oklahoma

Oregon, over, and over, and over again.

Penn State

USC

Stanford, over and over and over (although I might be a little biased...)

Texas, both looks.

Wisconsin

Nice to see some recognition from a Stanford fan. Your unis are one of the best in the conference minus the BFBS

You do realize that you put a picture of a UVA player in place of that Upstate orange farmer's college.

PHI ALPHA! SIGMA ALPHA EPSILON. CAROLINA GAMECOCKS. ST. LOUIS CARDINALS. ST. LOUIS BLUES. ORLANDO CITY SC. JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS.

I've always liked them, truthfully. Solid colour combination, solid striping pattern, classic look.

You do realize that you put a picture of a UVA player in place of that Upstate orange farmer's college.

Failing to see any mistakes in my post, after going through all the images again.

Yes!

Oregon (When in school colors)uounisjpg-546b16b59162c794.jpg

These are two of my favorite looks all time. This paSt Oregon set when worn with the correct combinations was so beautiful. UT home and away are both great. Black socks/shoes at home and white socks/shoes away is perfect.

Texas looks great w/o the numbers over the longhorn on the helmet.

Finally a mention of Florida State. I am a fan of Cincinnatti's look and brand consistency across their sports programs. I am also a fan of Michigan, Auburn, Ohio State's regular uni, and LSU's criminally underworn purple uni. I have had a soft spot for Colorado's helmet and logo since their 1990 National Title team and think the current unis are sharp,

"The views expressed here are mine and do not reflect the official opinion of my employer or the organization through which the Internet was accessed."

Dr. Kelso: My son is a big baseball fan. Not so much playing it, but more the designing and sewing of uniforms.

Tyler: That's neat.

Dr. Kelso: No, it's not.

Yes!

I hate how they added numbers to the helmets above the logo. It's too cluttered. I hope they get rid of the numbers.

Texas should be back to numberless on the helmet this season. Texas wore numbers on the helmet for their opener last year to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the 1963 Championship team and the team voted to wear the numbers all season after they won the game.

how they actually changed these....what a crime

I actually loathed this number font. Didn't go well with the rest of the uniform being bubbly and all.

Anyway I think it's too easy to pick the best college football uniforms among those that have simplicity and tradition on their side. I think there are some well executed modern uniforms that are up there as well or at least a few tweaks away.

My nominations include:

Mizzou

Ok State

Rutgers

Texas Tech
