I want to ask what I should do if i am using paint because 530 by 800 is a very small window on paint and when you resize the logos and templates to fit it then they look blurry and very ugly

I would suggest either trying paint.net or gimp to resize. Paint, while practical, is not the best for resizing purposes.

Keep in mind that you are trying to convey an idea. Obviously, more complex tools might help you convey it better.

From a PM:

can I vote even if I enter? I won't vote for myself.

Yes, you can vote even if you entered. If you voted for yourself, that vote would not count (for example, you give yourself a silver medal, then gold and bronze would still count, but not the silver).

Will there be a one off competition for the three that tied to break the tie?

No. Ties are allowed, and it's actually remarkable that all three got the same points total after 10 events. They all finish tied in first place.
