Awesome. That's a great little nugget about how the leagues used to truly be "leagues" instead of "conferences."

WSU151 9,801 Posted June 18, 2015 Pretty much just fashion caps with a patch.
MNTwins 19 Posted June 18, 2015 Damn I was thinking I may buy the Twins one but it's basically the exact same as their road cap.
jrodsep 567 Posted June 18, 2015 I like the Indians (it could be used as their everyday cap) and the Angels.
thespungo 197 Posted June 18, 2015 "Earned your stripes." Get it? GET IT?!?Ha! I noticed this, too. Even my ads were better than their ads.

It would be cool quirk
andycumbee19 483 Posted June 18, 2015 Thats the Reds' normal road cap with the logo reversed.
Silent Wind of Doom 817 Posted June 18, 2015 I like the Indians (it could be used as their everyday cap) and the Angels. This shows how much good a simple outline could do for my least favorite cap in the sport. At least do something to punch up a drab and boring cap.
CubsFan4Life 51 Posted June 18, 2015 I disagree with the folks who say the Indians road hat would be way better with an outline. With that I'd be just like the Red Sox hat but with a much, much worse logo. Add a red brim and maybe we'll talk.Or they could just change Chief Wahoo's face to tan and leave it at that. Or bring back the 70's logo. Or do something new with the infinite possibility available to them through Native American imagery. But nope, block C all the way!

It's just if they're going to be saddled with such a terrible logo, at least putting an outline on it would make it stand out and look better. Boston's got a good looking cap. It wouldn't be original, and it wouldn't be the best option, but it would be a heck of a lot better than it is now.

TheStoicPaisano 52 Posted June 18, 2015 Those Derby hats are fookin ridiculous.I'm scared for the Futures Game hat, though there've been a lot of premium guys called up lately.

Digby 6,607 Posted June 19, 2015 The all star hats would be improved, though still not great, with more use of color, more like the way the front panels were last year. Give the Brewers a gold panel, the Red Sox a red one, etc.
rxmc89 315 Posted June 20, 2015 1960s throwbacks for the Phillies and Cardinals this weekendThe Cardinals were wearing the most pointless throwbacks ever. It was just their regular road uniforms with no names on the back, no numbers on the front, and slightly different cardinals.
