CubsFan4Life
Navy and gold are boring, especially under the drabness of a stadium with a roof. Blue and yellow just go together so well and pop. Sometimes people get all caught up in "appropriateness" and forget what actually looks better. It's like the love the disgusting 90's Oilers uniforms get because they're "oily", the Brewers don't need to dress up in meet colors.I somewhat like the "Milwaukee" script, but that might be because the word simply looks good in cursive period. However the Brewers script sucks. The drop shadows, abundance of outlines, random gap in between it, lopsidedness curve of it and it neither be clean nor hand drawn looking make it look terrible. Their roads might be my least favorite non-camo uniform in the league right now.

JayMac
I really liked the Brewers' mid-90s look. There was something Bavarian about it that went well with the name. I love the Motre Bame look.

tohasbo
Oh no... Oh dear no...We've discussed in the past the way the All-Star caps have had a gimmick based on the host. We wondered what San Diego might do next year. We also talked about the idea of next year's logo perhaps showing off what the team has planned. But, I just had a terrible thought. What if the way the Padres are planning on marketing themselves for next year's midsummer classic is... camo? Camo caps and uniforms for everyone. Camo or military themed logo.*shudders*Quick, delete it before the padres see it!!Please! That would look hideous for all involved
Silent Wind of Doom
The ONLY thing about the Brewers current identity that I don't love is that color of navy blue. If they lightened that up (preferably to royal) or went to green (best option IMO), they'd be perfect.I get the dislike of the word marks cause they're a bit wonky, but that's what I like about them. It's unique and effective IMO.When I play around with the Brewers look, I go navy and athletic gold. Do you think with more of a yellow the team would look better and brighter?Personally, I LOVE the Brewers' color scheme. It's much more "beer-like" than the royal blue and yellow. However, that's literally the only thing I like about their set. The logos and wordmarks suck, and the use of Times New Roman is just laughable. I'd love to see the Brewers get a new look, but keep the colors.People keep mentioning Times New Roman. Where in their identity is it? I can't find it.Oh no... the_hwedel
call me crazy...but what if the giants wore a full orange cap with the black jerseys? It would match the black 'SF' on the jerseys better than the current black hats with orange 'SF' do.
FiddySicks
Eww, no thanks. I don't mind the idea of an orange hat (I used to have an orange Giants cap with the black logo that I rocked for YEARS until it literally fell apart), but cream pants, black jersey with black script, and an all orange hat would be about as discombobulated as it gets. Packid
I don't like any orange base stuff for the Giants, at least not on-field. The crown on the caps should always be black and there shouldn't be any orange jerseys.
FiddySicks
I agree. As much as I get the whole "Orange October" thing, it still doesn't make it look any less like ass with the cream pants. SFGiants58
i wonder instead of times new roman the brewers used the numbers from the youniforms a couple years backWhat, this?It does look considerably less messy, but I'd still prefer a block variant and royal/yellow. TheOldRoman
You know, I actually prefer the Times New Roman to that. That font looks too contrived. It looks very minor league to me.
OnWis97
I would agree with your TNR preference if not for the dropshadows the Brewers use. I'd say I like these numbers better. But it's by default. The Brewers need a lot of changes in my opinion. Even if they keep the same colors and general design, they need to start over with the numbers. Gothamite
I think the Brewers need to burn their current look to the ground. Update the old one or start entirely fresh, either way. OnWis97
Ugh. Beer Barrel Man is so 1970s. The Brewers have had some bad visual elements in their history and that is the absolute worst.
