JPDesign
The "lenticular" crest was introduced last year. Some 2014 kits already have and trend is simply continuing over this year. Thus, some teams like Chicago, Houston, LA, and DCU will have them now on both home and road kits.Good info, I didn't know that.
Pabig
While watching the German Cup quarterfinals I noticed that Kickers Offenbach is using the MLS number font.I knew that font was familiar. And they even use it on a NIKE jersey.

Gothamite
I'm told this is the new MLS font:Same as the old, with a new "MLS Next" slash across. The Green Bay Packers Uniform Database! Now in a handy blog.
MJWalker45
Yup. I'm glad they didn't make major changes to the league font.
nas1787
Anyone know why the Timber's kit doesn't have the new Alaska Airlines logo?
Gothamite
Yup. I'm glad they didn't make major changes to the league font.me, too. I rather like it, especially considering the awful italic font it replaced. The Green Bay Packers Uniform Database! Now in a handy blog.
FlyingLamprey
I could've sworn that I've seen that new font before, maybe even as early as December. Either I'm crazy or it just flew under the radar, and both are totally possible. Regardless, it's good that they didn't fiddle too much with it, as I do like it. Does this mean that Conrad is going to have to update his font now? Drink water and try to have fun!

Gothamite
Well, what's odd is the number of unveilings that have used the old one. The Green Bay Packers Uniform Database! Now in a handy blog.
sportstar1212
I'd chalk that up to laziness or not having the new numbers in yet.
MJWalker45
Same for Columbus' preseason games. Though to be fair they were using practice jerseys with the old numbers.

sportstar1212
It looks like they took parts of two different Celtic kits and mashed them together. If the hoops on the sleeve matched the torso, it would be great. Also, the more teams moving from Nike gives me hope that they'll put the money saved towards an MLS deal. JPDesign
FC Dallas' kit leaked:Positives: love that they used a less obtrusive Advocare logo, glad they ditched the grey, nice to see a clash kit with more white for FCD.Negatives: I get that the Advocare logo is like a hoop, but it doesn't work. The big gap around the logo ruins it. Literally just add a blue hoop there and make the Advcoare logo white, and I'd love it.
