Coloccini wearing the new Newcastle shirt leaked a few months back. However, the actual shirt will feature the new Wonga logo featured below.

Better than the current home set, but not a huge fan...they should look decent on the pitch playing in the Championship.

(MLF) Chicago Cannons,  (IHA) Phoenix Firebirds - 2021 Xtreme Cup Champions

(WAFL) Phoenix Federals - WAFL World Bowl XII Champions (Defunct)

Not sure why only one player would be wearing the new kit like that...

Coming from a photo shoot?

I almost wonder if it's a model who's giving the team their first look. It's blurry, but it's not anyone that I recognize, and it sorta looks like he's behind a partition in that shot.

Fabricio Coloccini? I hardly think he looks like a model myself...

Thought we were talking about the Arsenal image. And hey, if Hansel from Zoolander can be a model with that busted-ass nose, why not Coloccini?

Nah. I think Hull will lock that up.

The entire back of the Newcastle shirt is white. Not a great look in my opinion and doesn't appear to be popular with the fans (not a lot is with them lot recently though).

The person in the Arsenal picture looks like Olivier Giroud, who does very much look like a model...

More and more blue creeping into Newcastle's kit year upon year, like the compounding interest of their kit sponsor. I guarantee there's money for Ashley in it, and that's why it's happening.

For all the bird de lis haters I think the bird de lis isnt supposed to be a pelican and a fleur de lis I think its just a fleur de lis with a pelicans head. Thats what it looks like to me. Also the flair around the tip of the beak is just flair that fleur de lis have sometimes source I am from NOLA.

Is it actually confirmed that the new Wonga logo will be on th shirts? I thought I read that they won't be.

The team will be wearing the new shirts this weekend against West Ham with the "old" sponsor logo. From the start of next season they will have the new logo on. However, all replica shirts will feature the old logo.

In a way, I don't really see what the club could do. The timing of Wonga's new logo release meant it was impossible for them to do anything for this weekend and on the replica shirts. I think given the recent History of :censored: ups by both Newcastle and Wonga it becomes a headline when it might not have done in another similar situation at another club.
