I absolutely adore road cycling. I brave the horrible irish rain to get the miles built up and spend most of my summer following the racing in the summer however its hard to follow a team as the sponsors keep changing it can be hard to keep up. So i have devised a club based top division with major european cities (for now) acting as "host" cities. Sponsors are still in name to ensure that the money keeps flowing. Each team in the current uci pro tour has been assigned a city so squads will just stay with their designated city.
PARIS CC (ag2r)
A vintage look here from the former ag2r squad. Really liked the colours they used so they have been kept to create a clean look.

This sounds like a great concept series. I am a big road cycling fan too, mostly the big three races: Giro d'Italia, Tour de France, and La Vuelta a Espana. I agree with the teams switching sponsors more frequently that riders changing their underwear :) I really like the Paris CC - AG2R La Mondiale concept plus there is no need to change the colors or layout of the current AG2R shirts, they have a good color combination as it is.

What do you have planned for this series once you complete all the teams? Or is that too far ahead to think of that? Can't wait for the remainder of this series in earnest.

Really looking foreward to seeing this progress. I love wathching le tour every every summer, and smaller races throughout the year (don't get other two grand tours on tv unless universal sports network has free trial at that time).

Acts 16:31 - And they replied: "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved, you and your household."

John 3:16 - "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life."

John 14:6 - Jesus said to him, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."

I'll be happy to get all teams done. I'll see when I get to it maybe create a few more not sure yet.

oh man, don't mind me say this but I like AG2R current outfits better! That doesn't mean that your concept is bad, just the opposite. It's great but I think you've lost AG2R charm along the way! BTW congrats on a fresh idea, something we don't see that often here on the boards. And if you can, please add shorts (bibs) to your concepts, it makes huge difference seeing outfit as a whole. Thanks for sharing this with us, keep up the good work.

I love this concept, as a matter of fact, it is what could literally save cycling.

In 2013 my Elite team went to Sweden for their only UCI race, and we were invited to form an alliance with the big Club team there. Out of that formed a City based team, and a huge commitment from the City to support a program that would work along the lines of FC Barca with a development program thru a pro team.

Unfortunately, the dollars never came thru from the sponsor and the team floundered and ended after 1 season.

here is an image of the Uppsala, Sweden city based UCI Continental team kit.

Keep up the great concept, Im looking forward to what you do with Saxo, Scott, Trek, and the rest...

Toros cc (Movistar)

Next up is the only spanish outfit in the top ranks. They have a classy look as it is so i just introduced the logo and a bit of sublimation. This kit will be great on Quintana and valverde.

Moviestar has always gone with a simple clean kit, so this is a nice nice clean look, but Id add the Moviestar M somewhere on the kit. Sleeves (shoulders) would be the best $$ spot left or use it below the logo on front Left stomach area.

Very simple and clean design for Movistar. They have always had generic designs for their kits but this is a nice update. I agree, the green M should be on the sleeves, wouldnèt be Movistar :P Looking forward to the next in the series.

London Cycling (Sky)

Time for my lesast favourite team atm. Ino im british and i should like them but i just dont like the way they do things. I do like the clours however so i went for those. The stripe features the london skyline. I used a TT rider as sky specialise in that disipline.

Nice series so far. I'm actually working on some cycling kits as well, so it's good to see I'm not the only fan here!

Paris CC: Clean, simple lines. I personally like the pattern AG2R uses on their current kits so I would have liked to see more of it, maybe sublimated in the blue? Colors like these are very unique, so I'm glad you kept them.

Toros CC: I'd like to see a little bit more contrast between the two blues. I think the bulls don't pop enough apart from the green one. Obviously, I'd retain the big M somewhere on the kit.

London CC: I'm a SKY fan, so no complaints here from this kit. Very similar to what they have now.

Liberty (Cannondale)

The name comes new york monument. I really think think the new team missed a trick this season far too much black in the current kit (as does far too many in this seasons peloton) so i livened it up a bit. C&C would be great.

Flanders CC (Lotto Soudal)

They come from the flanders an area in love with cycling. They use the flanders colours instead of sponsor. Colours are admittedly similar to the new jumbo lotto but they will change colours to.

I really like your usage of Cannondale's green along with Garmin's pattern on the jersey. I agree that the current ones are flat because of the black. Your concept is far more interesting and unique. That jersey would be easy to spot in the peloton.

I'm not sold on Flanders though. I understand why you're using the yellow and black, but I'd rather see the red/white combo from the sponsor on the kit - personal preference here. Lotto's kits look vintage, and while I get the same vibe from the simple pattern you have, I'm not feeling the colors.

I myself really like the Flanders CC (Lotto Soudal) kits. It's a great tie into a region that is heavily into cycling, bringing it all around. The green Cannondale kits are spot on! Love the argyle Garmin pattern within the kits, crisp and clean looking. I myself am not a huge Sky fan either but I like the London cityline strip down the back of the kit.
