So, tomorrow the Pro Football Hall of Fame Class of 2015 will be announced.

I'm betting it's going to be:

  • Tim Brown
  • Charles Haley
  • Orlando Pace
  • Junior Seau
  • Kurt Warner

I can't really say I disagree with any of those. I am not a Kurt Warner fan but I do realize that he will get in.

The Class has officially been announced

  • Jerome Bettis
  • Tim Brown
  • Charles Haley
  • Junior Seau
  • Will Shields
  • Mick Tinglehoff (senior)
  • Bill Polian (contributor)
  • Ron Wolf (contributor)

It's debatable whether Kurt Warner got snubbed or not, but overall I think it's a pretty good class. I'm happy Bettis got in.

I know as a Viking fan, I'm biased, but it's about damn time Mick Tinglehoff got in. One of the best two or three centers of his era. Nice to see.

I have to confess, I've never heard of Will Shields. Aside from him, I can't remember an overall class that was so uniformly worthy of induction. Every one of them in one way or another left pro football better than when they joined it.

Pleasantly surprised Wolf got in. Always thought he'd be just on the outside.

Will Shields played his whole career with Kansas City's offensive line and made the Pro Bowl every year for his last 12 years. He started 16 games every year except his rookie year when he started 15.

I only vaguely remembered him, but he's completely worthy of induction.

Agreed - and I'm not biased. He was one of the best centers of his era. And it is about time. As for the rest of the class, I can't say I agree with any of them.

Marvin Harrison >>> Jerome Bettis

As for Kurt Warner, he seems like the new bench warmer who will be guaranteed induction one day yet will require a weaker field to do so.

I'd argue that Harrison is more deserving than Bettis, however he's less deserving than Tim Brown.

Warner is a sentimental favorite, but I still feel like he should be in. I know it's borderline, but his story is just so compelling. He was one helluva QB, too.

How in the world Marvin Harrison keeps getting snubbed is beyond me. The bar shooting thing has to be what's keeping him out. No way a guy with those kind of numbers doesn't deserve a spot in the hall. Him and Tim Brown both should've gotten in last year (over Carter).

Orlando Pace, too. That dude was the best lineman in the league for YEARS.

Overall, I'm really not a fan of this HOF class.

I don't get why people make a big deal out of the Marvin Harrison shooting and use it as a reason to keep him out of the Hall of Fame. I mean Ray Lewis was able to get a job at ESPN when his playing days were over and everyone assumes that he'll be a lock for the Hall of Fame when he becomes eligible, right?

Any chance they are using the "he had Peyton Manning" argument?

The reason Harrison isn't getting in is probably because there were better WRs those years. Andre Reed and Tim Brown. He'll get in next year.

Is Junior Seau's bolt logo upside down on his jersey in this picture?

Was there another Tim Brown who played in the NFL that I'm not aware of? I ask because the one I'm familiar with was a pretty good player but he didn't seem like a HOF caliber player.

Just a thought, but they might be holding off on inducting additional GSOT players until after the move to Los Angeles is official.

Why would they do that?

It would be tying in the return of the Rams to LA with a celebration of the franchise's past. That's the kind of :censored: the NFL's media advisers would go gaga over.
