I didn't realize until now just how bad the Red Sox have been. I can't see Farell making it through July if they don't catch fire. As for the other Sox, Robin Ventura should be on the chopping block because the team continues to :censored: up constantly and nobody seems to care all that much, but he used to play for the team, so it's his job until he decides to quit. That's how we roll.

Bud Black is canned in SD. Dave Roberts to take over in the interim.

Shall we take guesses on who's the next manager to have their head upon the chopping block this year?

Bryan Price. Everything about that man is awful.

Also, Royals fans coming out of nowhere like...

Seriously, Infante just took the lead at 2B today, and he's batting .204! That is no joke. I do agree that Cain, Perez, Hosmer, and Moose deserve to be all stars, but not necessarily starters.

I know people keep talking about Farrell being the next to go, but if there was ever a scapegoat firing that would be it.

The fact they're dead last in pitching shouldn't be an indictment against him, it should be against the front office who let their best starter Jon Lester walk out the door and did almost nothing to upgrade a staff that wasn't that good last year even with Jon Lester.

They had the dollars to improve that staff as well but instead choose to use it on Pablo Sandoval and Hanley Ramirez.

The team banked on the idea that Ferrell would be able to get at least something out of that rotation and they lost that gamble. But if John Farrell couldn't get anything out of that staff I would love to know who would because that's the best pitching coach in the majors hands down.

There's a lot of things wrong with the Red Sox right now, but firing John Ferrell isn't going to fix those issues.

First time since 2000 the Mariners visit the Giants. Also the Giants visit the Rangers later this year, first time they go there since 2001 in the regular season.

Now what the Padres need to do is get rid of their GM. I guess when the Padres put out ads for their GM job it must've read, "GM Wanted. Winner of Fantasy Baseball is a must. No need to worry about building a team that actually can play as a team, because we live in a Fantasty World."

What's the Padres situation now? All's I know is from pre-season MLB preview mags, the GM gave everyone away for overpaid talent because the youth wasn't guys he handpicked?

Good times.

Maybe they'll wear yet another new uniform next season for fan distraction.

The team needs new ownership, until then this loyalty trait will continue to produce this crappy kind of baseball we are seeing. No one is ever held accountable.

In news that I can't make up, the Cardinals are under investigation by the FBI for allegedly hacking into Astros systems to steal player information
