ninersdd 581 Posted October 25, 2015 Looked like the Jackets coach initially wanted the guy to down it. What a finish.
DScruggy729 359 Posted October 25, 2015 Oh my FSU. Can't say I'm not enjoying this, they finally lose one of these unimpressive performances.I know Clemson's reputation, but I don't see a scenario where the Noles aren't getting beat by a bunch at Clemson.
See Red 2,160 Posted October 25, 2015 Looked like the Jackets coached initially wanted the guy to down it. What a finish. Probably just not touch it at all.Smart play by the Tech player. Before he got to the ball, he looked to see if anyone was near him and then carefully picked the ball up. After that it's just a bunch of big, slow guys trying to track down a quick one.Happy to see someone else getting the lucky break against FSU. These last two years it's always been FSU catching the breaks. Also, Utah is getting beat down by USC. 42-17.
infrared41 9,505 Posted October 25, 2015 I'm sick and tired of Ohio State getting a primetime slot every week! Especially when they face the Rutgers, and Indiana's of the Big Ten.ABC picks the games it thinks will get the highest ratings. Like it or not (and I'm guessing since you're an MSU fan, you don't like it) Ohio State puts numbers in the ratings book. But that's beside the point because Ohio State isn't on in prime time every week.

FiddySicks 11,369 Posted October 25, 2015 I sure do love how the PAC 12 is so evenly matched top to bottom, but it's going to absolutely KILL their chances at getting a playoff team. I'm pretty much convinced that if you put a handful of those teams in either the ACC or the B1G, they'd run the table. What a bummer that whoever is going to come out of that gauntelt on top is probably going to be regulated to the lesser bowls. I'm happy we have a playoff system in place, but the PAC 12 this season is a pretty solid example of why it needs to be expanded IMO.
CS85 10,817 Posted October 25, 2015 That's two weeks in a row where special teams makes the difference. I love it.

The playoff committee just needs to focus more on the strength of schedule/quality opponent stuff. The Pac 12 champ will be far more deserving of a playoff bid than either the ACC or Big XII champs. Hopefully, the committee will figure that out. Also, Ohio State curb stomps last year's SEC and Pac 12 champs and we're still knocking the B1G?

Oregon did the same thing last year. This is true, but I'm even more worried for a potential Stanford matchup for the Pac-12 title now than I was before today (which honestly was a lot to begin with). The Utes could very well regroup and figure it out by then - and I hope they do - but at the moment, I'm not extremely confident they'll get past Stanford now.

Especially when they face the Rutgers, and Indiana's of the Big Ten.Except for the whole Ohio State / Indiana game being a 3:30 kickoff thing… sure? They’re the biggest ratings draw. Deal with it.

Not really. OSU gets ratings and they're the #1 team in the country.
