They're also reporting the alleged victim has allowed a rape kit to be collected, which, to my understanding, is not an experience someone saying thigs on a lark would willingly submit to. Things are lining up in a bad way. Something supposedly happened at his house, but we don't even know at this point if it didn't involve the woman and a friend of his. But even if the rape kit determines she had sex with Kane, it doesn't automatically mean it wasn't consensual. I don't know exactly how much rape kits can tell, but I read online earlier that most rape victims don't sustain injuries from it.
