It could just be an old template guideline sheet, but the possibility they could be using a 5-6 year old idea would not be surprising given what it looks like. All that black is for is to give them any tangible excuse to invest in black alternates.The clips were just fine as they were. If anything they should go brighter with the blue and cherry up the red a bit more, rebrand around ships (so much freaking potential in the ship/boat logo world, there being so few of them), and salvage their dignity.Instead they'll go with this hilariously bad rectangle CLA logo and piss on it in streams of black and grey because reason$. LAC/CLA logo is boring, those two lines make no sense, the font is just dull and adding black just for the hell of it, really?
