Aw sweet, another raysox soccer league! :D

The first two teams are pretty well-done, and I surely can't wait to see the rest! :)

Atlanta AFC
The Peaches(or Hammers depending who you talk to) were a club that bounced around regional leagues before the formation of the 2nd tier league in the 50s. Early on, the team was mediocre, not being promoted to the top league until 1967. They were relegated back in 1970. In 1975 they moved back up. During their time in the first tier, they would go on to win the first two trophies in their history. Back to back USOC titles in 82 and 83 made the team the new hot ticket in the town. They moved to a new Soccer Specific Stadium in 1985 on the dime of new owner Ted Turner. They were relegated from 1986 to 89, but the state of the art stadium hosted events for the Olympics in 1996, including the last 4 soccer games. After this period, the team would go on to be one of the strongest teams since. The team won the USOC in 1995, and then 3 championships from 1997 to 2005.

The team has always wore peach and navy. The crest has crossed railroad hammers with the initials of Association Football Club in between. The flame from the Olympic logo is underneath to represent the tie to the Olympics, and a tie into their motto "rising", which stems from the Terminus name and phoenix on the city seal. The clash colors has always rotated among the other teams in the Metro Atlanta area. The idea was that loose fans would buy jerseys if they were attached to another team. Still though, the peach remains iconic in Atlanta.

idk if I like all the colors being used together in that peach first kit, but the clash is amazing. Reminds me of recent Real Madrid and PSG looks combined into something unique.

That peach home is gorgeous. For the clash, would they just rotate with the Falcons/Hawks/Braves, or would it also loop in teams like Georgia Tech?

Loop between the colleges too! This could be the Bulldogs. They're very ambiguous.

Atlanta looks awesome. My only critique is that the Adidas stripes on the primary kit should one (or both) of the blues.

Minneapolis SC
The Moose were one of the founders of the Great Lakes League, a smaller league that formed in the 40s, but was soon picked apart from League 1's formation in 1956 because the clubs were stable and performed well in the US Open Cup. The Sky Blue colors of the team were very unique in the time they were founded, so when they made the jump to the promotion, it added a sense of color to the league. Minnesota's first taste of top level soccer came in 1963, when they were promoted after winning the 2nd tier. Then they were relegated or promoted 5 more times that decade. After bouncing around a few times, the Moose became one of the only teams to have won the US Open while not playing in the top tier. That was 1986, and the team went on to be promoted with high morale. The team hit hard financial times in the 1990s. They fell as far back as 12th place in League 2. Finally in 2001 they were freed from 3rd tier soccer. In 2004 they won promotion to the Premier League, and two years later, they won the playoff from the 8th seed. Minnesota normally sticks around mid table with flourishes of greatness like the 2012 US Open title run.

The team has worn all light blue since their inception. In 1998 they had a fan contest to design their clash kit, and a green jersey with a blue sash was submitted by a 2nd grader in St. Cloud and won. Since then, the team has worn green and blue that represent the state.

Like the kits minus the odd split stripes down the abdomen.

I believe that is part of the Puma cut.

Love the fact that you didn't use a football, but went the M instead. Great look.

I gotta say that I love this thread, these designs, and this new template. I am currently using the template in my new thread. Look forward to seeing the new teams that you create.

Well if there's a Minneapolis club(well done, BTW), then surely there's a club in St. Paul's future, non?

Love the moose plaque crest and the all sky blue look. A very interesting backstory as well. No complaints!

Nice job on Minneapolis, guessing the blue/green uniforms are a take on the T'Wolves uniforms of the early 90s?

If Minnesota United FC would want to wear these when they join MLS, it'd be fine by me.

Also, how do you decide what names will be on the back of the jerseys? Is it kind of like your FM 2030 mod where there's a backstory, or are you creating random names and sticking them on the back? Just curious.
