The legs look too thick, the back end looks awkward with sharp points, and the head...I'm not even sure what's going on there. The placement of the wings look like it's coming out from its neck.Obvious point of reference would be the Buffalo Wild Wings logo, or any profile view photo of a bison. Right now it's difficult to make out the face, use reference pics as also mentioned. The wing looks attached to it's neck and you don't really need that sharp point on the front leg. I'm seeing 3 shades of brown, you really only need one unless your gonna add highlights and leave the outer legs the same color as your outline.
