The downfall of the 49ers is presented to you by the NFL.

Um... I don't really know where you were trying to go with this.

Since the Super Bowl is being hosted by the 49ers,the NFL is trying to make them lose as many games as they can.

It's all called "fixing".

The best question from Thursday's Republican debates:

What is the sign saying?

Grammatically incorrect I believe, but it says; "Is Joe Flacco a Elite Quarterback?"

it's profootballcommenter who's a pretty funny twitterer whose entire schtick is making fun of the morons who post on the comments section of profootballtalk articles. He always uses spelling errors and intentionally bad grammar to drive it home.

Also, I love the two dudes kissing in that picture.

If you had to make 5 bold predictions about the upcoming season, what would they be? Here are mine.

  1. Steelers miss the playoffs and finish below .500.

  2. Miami and Green Bay start the season 6-0.

  3. The home team wins every game St. Louis plays in this year. The Rams go 8-8: 8-0 at home, 0-8 on the road.

  4. Tennessee doesn't win a game until week 12, starting the season 0-10.

  5. Arizona wins the NFC West but doesn't get a first round bye.

1. Eagles winning the NFC. I don't even think they're better than GB, DAL, SEA, or even DET. I just think I'm due to pick another team who wedges its way into a SB. Hell, spot me the Cowboys winning the division, & I still have a freak feeling about this bizarre Eagles season. *I do not predict them winning the SB

2. The worst-best team will be the Steelers who I have winning a Wild Card spot.

3. The best-worst team I'll give it to the Raiders who should at least be able to score with anyone even if their defense & game management wreck them.

4. Peyton Manning will not win Denver more than 9 games. Maybe he has to sit & they win a couple more, so be it. I just think his skills as an exceptional ace are done. I don't even have the Broncos in the playoffs; I've got SD winning the West & that's it.

5. MVP will be... Matthew Stafford. I think Detroit has a very solid year, even as I have them behind GB. The lack of Suh + 11 wins or so could help him get enough votes in a tight race.
