neo_prankster
I guess anywhere with an official sized 400m track ring yes? That would be perfect, with of course the additional sod or Astroturf around the edges to get the field up to the correct length and width. DaRadniz29
I guess anywhere with an official sized 400m track ring yes? This might work. Reading up on the CFL's attempts to bring the CFL to the US didn't succeed for a number of reasons, with location of the US CFL franchises cited as the primary reason and the lack of CFL compatible stadiums as a close second. ICTknight
I imagine it would have to be a stadium with open ends. No NFL team stadium could fit one.
neo_prankster
Would Portland's Providence Park have been able to fit a CFL field when it was still Civic Stadium?Or could the LA Coliseum have fit a CFL field before the track was removed and the field was lowered? The Stampeders won 20-1 in front of 15,362 fans. This game was played to gauge interest in a possible expansion team that never came to be.
