Jeezus Christ. Nobody quit your day jobs and start prognosticating the NFL. What a trainwreck.

Week 2 results...

I know there are some yellow highlighted records, but nobody did better than 8-8 this week. 8-8 sucks. Nobody wins this round - some of you just lost more than others.

You guys - do better next time. Me included. Yikes.

No, nobody in their right mind would have predicted ALL of Oakland, Tampa Bay, Jacksonville, and Washington. Only one person picked the New York Jets. This was an upside down week, for sure.

My office has a pickem league and one guy, a pretty well-versed NFL fan, went 3-13. Somebody in the office forgot to pick this week and is still ahead of him in the standings.

That's what happens when the Browns, Jaguars, Raiders, Redskins, Buccaneers, and Jets all win.

Yeah, I wanted to let the pedantry fly on this one. I was 8-3 until the late games began yesterday. Then everything really turned sideways in a hurry. I was a bit surprised to see the number of Detroit picks over Minnesota; think the Lions got the majority of the votes and I'm not sure why. There were several upsets that weren't very predictable at all, but that one seemed like an unnecessary risk that was taken early and often. I can understand Tennessee picks over Cleveland a little bit better. The rest? Chaos, yes. I'd love to find the person who turned in a 10-win week (or better) this week.

Holy expletive Batman!!! I sucked this week! Yikes! Better get my s together this week! I'm glad I''m not the only one that did bad this week! I do know that there are trap weeks in these kind of pools, and this might be one of them! Hopefully everyone does better this week!

I can't speak for anyone else, but we're talking about a team that had just been slapped around by San Francisco. I concluded the Vikings weren't good this year.

Week 1 and 2 are toss ups. You know who's elite, but you really don't know who's horrible. That includes Oakland, Cleveland, Jacksonville. We just base everything off last year. Look at Atlanta, I figured they'd be downright awful. Ryan has been protected and that defence looks damn good. These next 3 weeks, we'll start seeing who's great and who's not.
