Here's the list I compiled:Manny Ramirez- "Yeah" by UserKevin Millar- "My Town" by Montgomery GentryDavid Ortiz & Pokey Reese- Some really heavy gangstar rap song.My question is which songs do they play for your hometown team players. Waffles Posted July 19, 2004 Share Posted July 19, 2004 Mariano Rivera comes in to the Metallica version of "Enter Sandman".Hideki Matsui uses a lot of Beatles, especially "Day Tripper".Paul O'Neill was "Baba O'Reilly".A lot of players, like Jeter and Sheffield are using Jay-Z's "Public Service Announcement". So they played some 80's song that started "THE ROCK" or something like that. One funny thing, all the cardinals have rap songs or at least rock/rap. See Red Posted July 20, 2004 Share Posted July 20, 2004 I was at tonights Rockies game and I noticed they didn't play any one song for any of the players. Larry Walker came out to "Back in Black" all but once. I think Reggie Sanders also has a softer song than the rest, but yeah, that is weird if you pay attention to it.
