Sodboy13 5,675 Posted March 18, 2016 This is the Brewers' season ticket design, in case you needed further confirmation they're trying to have it both ways at every turn. Pick. One.

benpc21 86 Posted March 18, 2016 As a ticket nerd, the Brewers have some of my favorite single game ticket stock. It's something you'd want to keep and feels like they care when you walk away from the window, rather than the pretty generic stock most teams have.

They forgot to include the white webbing on the navy one.
OnWis97 4,589 Posted March 18, 2016 Wow; those Brewer tickets are really sharp, especially for us uniform nerds. Up close looks at the stitching, etc...love it. And I am glad to see they have tickets. The Timberwolves don't (using some automated system ostensibly designed to make it too much of a pain for season ticket holders to sell; a few other teams do this too). But they really do have it both ways. I think they'll just keep on doing it. They probably sell some small percentage more stuff thanks to the people buying hats/jerseys/shirts for the current look (A) and the current look (B). Before the recent change we did not know what the true Astros identity was because they kept changing; in this case it's because they wear two at once. (of course, both of those apply to the Padres) Gun to my head if I had to choose their identity from these two, I'd go with the BiG look because 1) the color scheme is so classic and in the area of darkening and metalicizing, so underused and 2) the primary look is overdone and lacking redeemable qualities. In fact the only thing wrong with the BiG look is that actual BiG. Get an "M" logo that does not try to hard and they're set.

I knew about the Cards & Phils doing it on the front of their jerseys (and the Astros, at a couple of different points in their history), but I'd never seen chainstiched numbers. I'd like to see them use that in a TBTC game at some point.

WavePunter 2,375 Posted March 19, 2016 I HATE the Royals, but I DO NOT hate those uniforms! Pretty sharp
BBTV 20,130 Posted March 19, 2016 They look really nice, but a couple of things: 1. The script and number would look better reversed, with the script being blue with gold trim, and the number being gold w blue trim. 2. The cap logo doesn't need the white outline.

These two things you mentioned are basically what I expected them to do. The jersey script looks ok, though. I think the gold outline would've just been too subtle considering the Royals already use metallic gold as one of their colors. The hat absolutely does NOT need the white outline, though. That's a REALLY dumb addition. I would've considered picking one up if not for that. I wonder if the back has the gold trophy like the Giants cap did last year.

Must be the luck of the Mets. After losing to the Cardinals in the 2006 NLCS, the two teams opened 2007 against each other in St. Louis.
