MJWalker45 Posted July 21, 2004 Posted July 21, 2004 It will happen, but I'm sure it won't be this yar, save an alternate jersey or something like that. Of course Toronto should change their stuff up ASAP
slapshot Posted July 21, 2004 Posted July 21, 2004 Reebok has been making a lot of team uniforms this year. They have "Play Dry" instead of Nike's "Dri-Fit". Reebok is supposed to be the official mfgr of replicas and other on-court merchandise. Back-to-Back Fatal Forty Champion 2015 & 2016
AAO Posted July 21, 2004 Author Posted July 21, 2004 well what i was saying was that there were only a few teams in the NBA still with Nike for their uniforms, and the teams were:the Heat, Pistons, Lakers, Wizards, Blazers, Raptors, Mavericks, Celtics, and Bulls. I might be missing a few, correct me if i'm wrong, but i think thats it. And now this upcoming season all of those above teams will be with Reebok. Behance Network || ianbakar.com || Dribbble
mac Posted July 21, 2004 Posted July 21, 2004 it'll definitely be interesting to see if this shakes anything up, it probably wont though.
TLChandler Posted July 21, 2004 Posted July 21, 2004 It makes me mad that Portland's uni's are no longer made by Nike. I live in Vancouver, WA a suburb of Portland and Nike has a big influnce in that city. I mean it was invented there. At least let them have Portland, reebok, at least Portland.PS - I am really pissed that we traded Dan Dickau and Dale Davis for NVE today. Dickau was the fan favorite and he will be missed, no matter how many minutes he got.

Well, you know, w/ only Damon Stoudamire and Sebastian Telfair, you were sort of running low on overpaid point guards.
TLChandler Posted July 21, 2004 Posted July 21, 2004 Sad but true my friend... but I'm thinking he's gonna take DA's spot. We just highjacked this thread, good work my man.
chapi Posted July 21, 2004 Posted July 21, 2004 back on topic. Nike still makes the REWIND SWINGMANS..new: http://www.eastbay.com/catalog/productdeta...=home&id=0&mvp= www.dap-studio.pl
AAO Posted July 21, 2004 Author Posted July 21, 2004 Nike makes all swingmans still, not just rewinds. It's their product. If they didn't we'd be stuck with Reebok's horrendous wide-shouldered, screen printed, inaccurate replica jerseys that cost about $15 less than the very accurate, tackle-twill swingmans. But Reebok makes ALL the authentic uniforms now. That's what i was saying. Behance Network || ianbakar.com || Dribbble
chapi Posted July 21, 2004 Posted July 21, 2004 i belive nike can only do the rewinds.Reebok added swingmans to their offer for 75$ (Team USA version is better quality than NIKE Swingmans) www.dap-studio.pl

the_cynic Posted July 21, 2004 Posted July 21, 2004 This is a little off topic but with that photo that's listed at the top of this thread it reminds me. I've always wondered, what the hell is that metal starburst thing that holds up the jumbotron in Miami?
