Nike has been on a bad streak though, not sure I like the idea of them coming in. Given their recent designs and proclivity to reuse their templates for multiple clubs, I'm weary of switching to Nike. I think UA has put together a fantastic design book for Spurs over the last 4 seasons. First season (2012-13): Home shirt is beautiful, modern yet still retains a classic feel. Secondary could have been nicer without the graphic on the back. Third kit was better than most people give it credit for, IMO. Two of the 2 keeper kits were simple and clean. Second season (2013-14): Another beautiful and modern home kit...probably my favorite of all the kits UA have designed for Spurs. Secondary kits we OK, a little on the bright side but unique and stylish. The dark blue third kits have been my favorite third kits UA have made. I absolutely LOVED the shoulder detailing they put on there. Keeper kits were nicely designed and fit in well with the regular kits. Third Season (2014-2015): Weakest of the sets, IMO. My least favorite of the home shirts. Not terrible, but not great either. The collar and chest piping just weren't a good look. The black secondary wasn't bad, just forgettable. Same with the third kits. Some random color blocks in weird place, but nothing memorable about these. Keeper kits were OK. Fourth Season (2015-16): Probably the 2nd best set, overall. Sash kits can be hit or miss, but I think the uniqueness of the sash makes these stand out in a good way. The secondary weren't my favorites when they were unveiled, but they're grown on me. And I think they look good on the field. The third "Spurples" are simple, but I love them. A unique color that isn't gaudy with just a few touches of detail to finish the look. The keeper kits are also beautiful with striping patterns on the sleeves that tie them back together with all of the other kits. It's obvious that UA put in a good deal of design effort for this season.

aawagner011
Nice to see bright blue for France but we have returned to the dark ages. While the design isn't great, I at least would have thought the US contrasting sleeves with the pinstripes was a unique look to us. Oh well. That one turned out to be incorrect, and this is the updated render from footy headlines. This will be the kit for Euro 2016.
aawagner011
England red is pretty bad. It looks like it has blue or black pinstripes that is creates a jarring difference from the body. I'd say a lot of these templated designs are ok by themselves but the fact that each squad is identical is a massive letdown. I was actually somewhat excited about the US home shirt. It's different but has all the colors and I thought it was nice enough. But this paint by numbers approach waters down the appeal to each team. Wow, I actually like the implementation of blue into the England away kit, but the shoulders and sleeves kill the look IMO. And the home kit actually looks pretty decent to me with the icy blue shoulders and sleeves, but the red socks are so out of place. As has been mentioned though, the fact that all the Nike kits look the same really proves detrimental to the individual designs.

About Tottenham fun factL Under Armour never did a short sleeve version of Goalkeeper jerseys, so if GK wants a short sleeves he must cut their sleeves. GeauxColonels
Yet another reason why I fear Spurs going to Nike. This template BS is terribly lazy.
Berlin Wall
You can't really blame Nike. Adidas is using the same stripes on the arms for all their kits for decades now. I don't remember anyone saying that Nike would not use any templates if they took over. The Green Bay Packers Uniform Database! Now in a handy blog. I don’t feel like digging it up, but when we had the Nike love-in, I posted a picture of the CSL’s kits that season — which were all from the same 3 or 4 templates IIRC — and noted that it wouldn’t be any different with them. Remember getting replies back that Nike would “pay more attention to bigger teams” or whatever.
