I think there's a major conflict here as to what people consider "cool."

There's the unflappable, calm-headed "cool" (as in, "cool, calm, and collected" or "keeping your cool") where almost no emotion is shown...

...and there's the "cool" where people are "caught in the moment" and showing raw emotion.

I'm not saying I prefer one or the other, but there are a lot of varying definitions of "cool" being posted here.

So are you cool with it or...?

Story B: Red Wings go undefeated and score 100 goals in every game. They also beat a team comprised of Godzilla, the ghost of Abraham Lincoln, 2 Power Rangers and Betty White. Oh, and they played in the middle of Iraq on a military base. In the sand. With no ice. Santa gave them special sand-skates that allowed them to play in shorts and t-shirts in 115 degree weather. Jesus, Zeus and Buddha watched from the sidelines and ate cotton candy.

I know "the flip" gets a lot of (much-deserved) praise, but I love the shot taken right before it even better:

If you're asking me, it's one of my favorite sports shots ever. Bautista looks beyond cool.

When you look at every single fan in that shot veered to LF... meanwhile he's just zoned on his own.
