If you are using these for other projects, thats okay too, just please give credit where credit is due. If you want to use Paint or a Vector program, just use any template out there, and I'll transfer it to mine. Seems like a large undertaking.I'm no South African, but I would suggest not altering the colours on the National Flag as you have done. There is significance in the originals, representing the merging of the colours of the African National Congress, and the European settlers (Britain, Netherlands).
