See Red
I'm no expert on how players or their skillsets translate transfer from college to the NFL but I sure did love watching Keanu Neal at Florida.

Wouldn't a OL, DL, DB, or... anything have made more sense for Cleveland? And they picked another Baylor WR too, so he needs to learn run proper routes. Germanshepherd
The entire Falcons defense is just a dumpster fire aside from Desmond Trufant, who actually was a good draft pick from Dimitroff, so I guess it helps but I would've preferred Lee, Jack, Lawson or Ragland. i have unquantifiable corpses on my conscience

He may be a good player, but not quite what the Falcons should have done at #17. All the best-case scenarios fell into place for the Falcons...."What if Jack/Lawson/Lee falls to 17?". They had all three available for the picking. And for a team that claims that the #1 priority is to get a pass-rusher and sack the QB.....they pick a guy that'll line up 12 yards off the line of scrimmage. The hell? DCarp1231
Looks like it's possible the Redskins will get arguably the best player in the draft, Myles Jack. Even with the lingering injury issues, I have no complaints.

Dalcowboyfan92
And we just went back to back to back WR picks. 3 in a row, for the first time ever.

I can see him not getting past Seattle. edit: disregard that, looks like Seattle traded down. Does Denver take a QB here?

It's really not surprising. Ole Miss received a NoA (Notice of Allegations) in January concerning 30 violations across three sports and the school but last week a party other than Ole Miss has requested and received a 30-day delay. They knew of the payments

Traded down one pick, then drafted a not so big need. I guess it makes sense considering Garçon and Jackson will be FAs after this year
smoke072
And there goes Lynch to Denver, hopefully this will solve their QB issue.
CS85
I hope Jack goes to Green Bay and has a few week long career. Quote "You are nothing more than a small cancer on this message board. smoke072
Well I guess they wasn't gonna take a chance on Jack, but instead get DT to replace Raji (forgot he was not playing this upcoming season).
dfwabel
8 dudes left in the Green Room. Only 4 more Round 1 picks left.
smoke072
Looks like Jack might go to the Seahawks after all, if the Panthers doesn't pick him 1st.
waltere
49ers gave up quite a bit (2nd, 4th & a 6th) to trade up single-digit places and get a guard who would probably have been still on the board anyway. I don't get that move at all 1 hour ago, BringBackTheVet said: sorry sweetie, but I don't suck minor-league d CCSLC Post of the day September 3rd 2012
