JayJaxon Posted February 25, 2016 Author Share Posted February 25, 2016 Clintau24: There are actually a few reasons I use the number 33. 3 is my favorite number (I wore it when I played baseball and I idolized both my dad and Dale Murphy who wore #3) I thought it would be a good idea to use a double-digit number in the uniform presentations. So I went with 33. Another interesting story about 33 has nothing to do with baseball but Marine Corps boot camp. Every recruit is assigned a number based on what order you are alphabetically. J is the tenth letter in the alphabet but I happened to be the 33rd in order. So 33 was my "number" for the three months I was there. coco1997: I saw your requests/ I just haven't gotten to them yet.
