FroBroStudio
Hello! This is my personal redesign of the Seattle Supersonics. As always feel free to critique and I will answer questions when I can. As a note, for all intents and purposes, the work posted here is complete. The rest of the branding and other things will be on my Behance portfolio sometime soon.Enjoy!
coolbreeze42
I like it! Is the swoosh around the alternate a nod to the monorail?
BrianVlietDesign
This would be a step in the right direction if Seattle ever gets a team again. Uniforms flow well, logos are modern and clean, and they look miles beyond what some teams have made their current primary emblems. BryantH310
I like the way the little arrows add to the logos. But is there a point to it? Symbolism? Or just for the sake of filling space?
FroBroStudio
I like it! Is the swoosh around the alternate a nod to the monorail? It is a nod to the monorail. Also, I intended for the loop to be an orbit around the basketball and the Space Needle. Also, with the two arrows on top of the loop, if the logo was only a silhouette it would be an airplane of sorts w/ the top of the Space Needle as the front end of the plane. Or just for the sake of filling space? If viewed as a silhouette, the entire logo would be an airplane. Also the orbit around the basketball and the Space Needle is a nod to the monorail. My main intention was however a nod to airplanes since the sonics were named after supersonic transportation planes like the Concordé used by British Airways and Air France along w/ the cancelled Boeing SST project of the 60's. Good job all around.
