I'd consider using the space better, enlarging the ball, etc. Also I might change the red and blue to be vertical with the red on top and blue on bottom to signify the border? Seems like an interesting mix of the largest cities (Detroit, Boston, Denver) and much smaller cities (Winnipeg, Ottawa, Fort Myers, Scottsdale, Fort Wayne). Like Zenon said some design on the actual jersey may help so it's not just plain white with a small logo on it. Seriously, some more thought, effort and time needs to go into these.
